Excellent quality and very thorough repair. Worked with my insurance. Gave clear instructions to me for filing my claim and for caring for my glass afterward. Got me in right away so I didn't have to cancel my travel plans for a roadtrip. Fantastic customer service. read more

If you've lived in Vegas long enough, you've had to replace your windshield. Unfortunately, I've had to replace mine three times. AGR is the only place I'll call. Class acts, professional and honest! Thank you! read more

Incredible company with great service and ran by even better people. I'd recommend them to everyone!

I am back for my third windshield. This time it is 100% my fault. I installed windshield wipers and you know when it says put a towel on windshield in case the arm snaps back onto window? Well. They mean that. Anyway, I called AGR Windshields. Everything was set into motion, and windshield was replaced within 24 hours. Vargus was sent out and did a great job. No one wants to spend extra money for a mistake but it helps when a company is professional, fast, fair priced and GOOD. I highly recommend not only the actual work but the owner Chris who's been an absolute pleasure to deal with since 2011. read more

Thanks to Chris and his team for completing the service that Safelite couldn't complete. AGR Windshields was able to verify that I had removed the rust to a safe standard that was present on part of my pinch weld. And they were even able to install oem/Ford glass that Safelite said was obsolete. Great job! read more

Beware when using this company. This company came recommended to me by multiple friends and I chose to go with them to do multiple windshields the same day. I left for a 6-day work trip came back to one of the windshield being cracked. I will note that that vehicle did not move from where it was parked for over 6 days since then windshield was installed. After I sent a picture to the owner to let him know that the windshield was cracked (which is covered in dust and has the tape marks on it still because the vehicle is not moved to even get washed) because it has not moved in 6 days The owner started accusing me immediately, saying it was an impact mark from driving, then it went into it's an impact mark from you putting the trim in which I informed him the trim has not been put in and is still not installed in the vehicle. The immediate response by the owner was to make accusations and blame me for the damage and get this, he didn't even come and look at it in person. He was making all the accusations and calling me a liar without even putting eyes on the windshield first!!!! I'm not sure how you can run a business like that but evidently he gets away with it. He has not seen the windshield in person he has made multiple accusations to me about how it happened without seeing it. I'm very disappointed in the owners behavior immediately within the first text to me telling me that it's not his problem that I did it. The windshield has multiple chipmarks all the way around the entire glass on the underside and the top side which makes me think the windshield wasn't handled very well during shipping or was a manufacturer flaw but instead of him coming out to put his eyes on it he immediately started accusing me that I did it and called me a liar. So just be aware when using this company that the reputation might not always represent the quality of the company. Very disappointed!! read more

It was a tiny star. And then more of a starfish, aaaand then it sprawled out into a foot long "S" across one side of the windshield. So I suppose I should fix this. AGR was recommended to me by my friend's son Dakota. AGR does the glass repair work in the shop he works at. So I give them a call. The guy on the phone is friendly and to the point, gives me a quote right then and there. And it's competitive if not better than most of the others I got. Plus they came TO MY HOUSE and fixed it while I watched tv in my slippers. There were no hidden fees, and Sam, the technician who fixed mine, was awesome. He was friendly and got right down to business. After he was done, he explained all the work he had done and answered any questions I had. Their work is guaranteed and he did a great job. I will totally recommend them to anyone in need of their help. read more

A tiny crack in my window turned into a ginormous line and I found myself stressing out about how to fix it. I called my insurance to see what they could do and they were of little help except for suggesting AGR Windshields to me. I called to get a quote and received one right away. They were able to get me in immediately the next day but I still wanted to look around for pricing. Other places had cost way more so I decided to call and make an appointment with them the following day. Easy stuff! Just gave my information and they came out to my house and got the job done pretty quickly and accurately. My front windshield is brand new! Awesome service. Thank you so much, AGR Windshields. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know! read more

AMAZING company. Chris repaired a windshield for me about 7 years ago and he was great. Luckily I found his number again & had the same windshield replaced. The process could not have been more perfect. Windshield was replaced perfectly in less than 24 hrs. Price was much lower than Safelite. Sam was friendly, professional and fast! What a pleasure to do business with this company. I have already told my friends and even posted on Facebook. It's rare to have such a pleasant experience when paying for something you really don't want to pay for. I will call you every time I need glass. Thank you Chris! read more

The manager or whatever his job is, is very rude and condescending. I asked for an incentive with my deductible and he gave me a whole paragraph on how they bill insurance companies differently yadiyada. Their yelp page has a 75$ off your deductible. And he keeps telling me it says up to 75$. I will post the picture to back my review. He kept telling me to contact another shop. Well guess what?! that's exactly what I'm about to do. When I told him there was no "up to" just "75$" he caught an attitude and started raising his voice. Good job there buddy. Edit: You can't question someone's credibility when you're obviously wrong then double down with this non sense. You kept saying "up to 75." now please point out where it says "up to 75."? Asking for discounts is part of doing business. You don't have a problem with insurance companies cutting corners and asking for discounts do you? Calling me unruly because I called you out on your bs. You're a funny guy I give you that read more

AGRwindshields - It baffles me how some people wanna argue the facts. Go back and forth with whoever made this page next time, not me. - Auto Glass Services Near Me

My friend recommended them and after getting a few other quotes I decided to give AGR a try and I was not disappointed. They were able to schedule me for the next day, showed up on time, at my home and made the replacement while I was inside cleaning house and taking advantage of the time saver. Simple, easy, professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I waited two months to replace my windshield because I did not want to wait anywhere while it was replaced and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg - thankfully I didn't have to do either. Highly recommend! read more

Chris is amazing!! First of all, when shopping around for quotes to replace my windshield, out of 3 companies I called, he was the only one that answered and gave me a quote immediately. He offered to come that day but because of my schedule, was able to come the next day. He completed the work in less than an hour and I didn't have to leave my house. He was incredibly professional, very patient when I had some issues with my payment and was honestly one of the nicest people I've done business with recently. If you're looking to support a small business, I can't say enough good things about AGR. I'll be recommending Chris to all of my friends in need of windshield repair/replacement! read more

Great company, excellent communication, prompt, punctual and great price. When they came they were professional and precise, works fast and clean. Wow. Just wow. I am appalled at this man. He responds being unprofessional exactly how he did the job on my truck. I guess him being insistent on me paying cash during the quarantine should've been red flag for me but I was desperate. Next time I won't be, definitely don't recommend this guy. He's a joke and he'll be out of business soon once the state catches him. read more

Our Porsche's windshield cracked due to a stone on the road, so the Porsche dealership in Vegas recommended us Chris from AGR Windshields. They got the new windshield ordered (porsche windshield specifically for our GT3 model,) and Chris installed it on a SUNDAY on labor day weekend (talk about service!) we were on a roadtrip so Sunday was the only day we would be in Vegas, so he really did us a huge favor. The end result looks amazing, Chris is friendly, professional, and a real detail-oriented guy. We were very nervous about a third party fixing our windshield (although recommended by porsche) but we couldn't be happier and you couldnt even tell we did anything. 5 starts! read more

I called my insurance for a glass repair and I selected this company. I was told by my insurance that I would be contacted by AGR the next day by noon, which came and went. The next day I called AGR and filled them in on my claim and that I had received no call. The person took my info and told me their claim specialist would look at the emails in order to find my claim and call me back. By the next day at 12:30 I still received no call. I finally called my insurance back and changed to Safelite which scheduled my repair immediately. This place may do great work but I never found out because they never called me back. read more

I was in town visiting family when a pebble took out my front windshield. I called three more expensive and more rude places before arranging for AGR to come and fix it for a much cheaper price. They were fair and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend. read more

A couple of neighborhood kids cracked my husband's windshield with a ball. It cracked the whole thing :( Looked on Yelp to find a good place to do the replacement and I'm so thankful I stumbled upon AGR. Chris answered the phone and was able to give me a quote and actually scheduled me in for repair that same day. Sam arrived later that day and it took no longer than 30 minutes for him to replace it. Overall such a great experience with AGR. For everything including labor, we only paid $215! Highly recommend. read more

This is the best windshield company I have ever used. They have replaced 3 windshields total for my families vehicles. Chris is so detail oriented and he has great customer service. Wow! This company is amazing! They repaired my passenger window almost a year ago. Everything was perfect! I had no idea that when they installed the window that something went wrong with the door latch. No big deal. Gave them a call 9 months later when I noticed it and they came out next day and fixed the door latch under their promised warranty! Sam was the technician that came out both times. He's always extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and polite! Thank you AGR! read more

A rock or something hit my windshield, and after reading the reviews I decided to give AGR a call. As it so happened they had a guy, Sam, right in my area and was here within 30 minutes to fix it. Chris explained to me on the phone that my insurance would cover it, plus they were a preferred provider and Sam explained just what they would do to fix it. The whole process was very quick and easy to do, I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the service. Thanks AGR. read more

Got quotes from several places around town and this was the cheapest. The work was done well and quickly and I would recommend this company.

Found AGR through google, after a much bigger corporate windshield repair company quoted me at $275 for a windshield replacement. After I inquired online their nice receptionist called me and set up my appointment for me after informing me it would only be about $175 (w/o tax)! The day of Chris called me 40 minutes out and got to work right away, he did a great job! Windshield is all brand spanking new and I didn't feel bad for shelling out the money in the end! Chris also looked at another window on my car that needs some attention and offered to set me up an appointment right then! I will be going through AGR again if needed and I will recommend! Thanks AGR :) read more

Outstanding customer service and top quality workmanship. Chris helped me and he's the best! Even the car dealer who I bought my car from couldn't handle this repair as fast and efficiently as AGR Windshields. It was really great to pay $40 less than Findlay quoted me and their timeline was a week to order and get the glass in so I told them don't order it because I would check with a friend and see if I could find another resource. So... I was referred by a trusted friend and I contacted your office and the repair was done within 24 hours! I'm a very happy customer and will gladly let others know about you. Thanks, Chris you have exceeded my expectations. read more

My windshield was chipped by a golf-ball-sized rock during a 7-hour drive to Vegas, which was an overnight stopover on our trip to the Utah canyons.
