It's not just an art gallery, but an actual art co op, so the people you are buying art from art actually the artists (so be careful what you say!). The people working here were super nice, and some of the art was gooorgeous. They not only have paintings, but lots of photography, sculptures (one artist seems to have a particularly odd penchant for vegetable steamers), jewelry, and clothing. The ceramics and jewelry were pretty reasonably priced. Some of the artwork was reasonable, and some both my husband and I both agreed was waaaay overpriced. I imagine since the artists determine the price for their own artwork. There was one painting which I'm now wishing I had bought. Maybe if we have a little extra money next month I'll call and see if it's still there. In any case, we did buy a ceramic vase, which we are now housing our lucky bamboo.
