He called me promptly and the Stamps are working wonderfully. I see these other reviews, and feel like many people may think they are dealing with Staples. I do not think that the goal of this business is to be a walk in quick shop for all your printing needs. It is for businesses and large orders, not general copying one-off print jobs. I found the owner to be very accommodating and friendly, but possibly because I wasn't asking him to hang the moon over a 20 page copy job for a $2.00 fee.
