My allergy issue that I went there for has not been resolved months later, and I can't wait to go to a doctor who actually knows what they're talking about and respects me as a patient.

Everyone from Dr. Passer to the staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, very responsive, helpful, friendly, and professional. I wish that all medical doctor offices would operate as professionally, friendly, and efficiently as this office does. I feel like Dr. Passer cares about my entire health (and not just allergies) and always inquires about all of my health as a whole during visits. She lets me know that her and her office is always available and encourages me to call even with a cold. The entire experience from the initial call, to the waiting room, immunotherapy shots, exams to check-out is amazing. My biggest complaint is that I can't go to this office for ALL of my doctor needs. All other doctor offices just pale in comparison. The office runs like a well oiled machine. They take their role in my health seriously and a nurse always calls me back within hours when I call with a question during the day. They are well-organized, they communicate well, and I'm never confused on what needs to happen next. After a billing misunderstanding which left me charged surprisingly, I called to clarify what had occured. Rather than being met with understanding or empathy, I was berated like a child, interrupted, and scoffed at repeatedly for questioning their decision, asking if the charge could be reversed, and explaining that I have an open insurance dispute processing that impacts this bill specifically. I just wanted the opportunity to have my dispute finalized so whatever I am charged is my actual responsibility. I don't think any family should be blindsided overnight with authorizations as a standard practice and it is not ridiculous to expect some kind of notice. Just a warning to current and prosepective patients, if you ever need the care and understanding you would expect from a doctors office during billing concerns, you won't find it here. And if this is the undercurrent that infoms their business decisions, I would also question their medical decisions. (As a side note, if there is suddenly a barrage of positive reviews immediately after mine then that also tells you what you need to know about how they respond to feedback.)

Dr Jag Aggarwal treated me for a dry persistent cough. It went on day and night for nine long…read moremonths. My primary care physician couldn't figure it out and neither could an ENT I saw prior to seeing Dr Jag. He narrowed it down to two things acid reflux and allergies. After the first 2 weeks of treatment my cough was gone. It has been two months and my cough has not returned. He also noticed in my blood work that my immunity system was not just low but at zero. He gave me a pneumonia shot and rechecked my levels in a month. They were back up. I could have gotten very sick and neither of my other doctors noticed or bothered to check it.
