My boat is at Marina de La Paz and Seamar is across the street, so is very handy. I go there often. In fact I am going there again in a few minutes.
The service is personal and friendly in English and Spanish. The inventory, as with all the chandleries here in La Paz is limited compared to some in the large US cities, but reasonably broad and covers most normal needs. If it is not on display, ask, as there is more in the back.
