This place is a blessing in disguise....I came here after walking out of a "big name" medspa earlier in the day. I had found this place on yelp and their reviews intrigued me...and it was just my luck they had an opening and were able to fit me in on short notice. Updated: The doctor reached out to me to explain the miscommunication and misunderstanding around the receptionist's approach to the appointment scheduling which was appreciated. Previous: I was disappointed with the appointment process. This would have been my first time having any type of fillers. The receptionist who was going to book me with a nurse, which I am sure would have done a great job. But I asked if I could also see the doctor as well since it will be my first time as I wasn't sure if I need chin or jaw fillers and I was nervous about the whole process. She told me the doctor is booked one month out. I told her that this was fine, I could wait since it was my first experience and I would feel more peace of mind having the doctor at least talk to me. She then stated that if I wanted to meet with the doctor then I would need to do a 50 dollar photo consultation first as the doctor's time is very valuable. Maybe this is standard practice but the whole call just made me feel very uncomfortable that I couldn't even have the doctor speak with me on my first visit...and I would like to be comfortable with a procedure like this for the first time. read more
