I was curious because I'd never tried a B12 shot before, and I followed up on the offer card provided at check in. The staff were INCREDIBLY warm, welcoming, and generous. They talked me through the process and what to expect--quick poke, a little more energy and wellbeing. And they were totally true to their word. The stick was painless and today, the day after the party where I drank a little more than I probably should have, I'm feeling great. Amelie's hospitality was fabulous--coffee, tea, fizzy water, and a gift bag, plus super-friendly conversation, lots of personal attention, and a totally professional service. These folks clearly know what they're doing and they were so warm and sweet despite the fact I was just taking them up on a freebie offer. And they wouldn't even accept a tip, because they're a med spa! I'll definitely go back for facials and other services the next time I stay at the hotel. The location is great, too--right along the waterfront, in a neighborhood that's easy for parking and walking, with great cafes and restaurants nearby for a post-spa treat. Highly recommend, ten out of ten.

The results were instant and amazing. My skin was visibly brighter and incredibly soft. There was zero downtime, no redness, just a healthy, dewy glow that lasted for days. The whole experience felt less like a traditional, sometimes painful, facial and more like a high-tech skin reset. The extraction process, using that satisfying vacuum-like wand, was gentle yet incredibly effective--it got all the gunk out of my pores without any discomfort. Seeing all the debris in the "gunk jar" afterward was oddly satisfying and proved just how deep a clean I had received! The final step, infusing my skin with antioxidants and hyaluronic acid, felt so soothing and refreshing. My skin literally drank it up, leaving it plump and deeply hydrated. My pores looked refined, and my foundation has been gliding on effortlessly since the treatment. I highly recommend the HydraFacial to anyone looking for a quick, effective pick-me-up that truly delivers on its promises. It's the perfect pre-event treatment or a wonderful bit of self-care to keep your skin looking its best. I've now had my second Hydra facial about 6 weeks apart. The delux is worth the upgrade and I focused on my eye area. I love that it included a bag filled with samples.

I was excited to see the Groupon for a 75 minute European facial because it had been about 9 months since I had a facial and was needing one. The value for the price was phenomenal. Margot was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The location was very serene and calming. Her room had a water feature, soft / warm bed and really nice music. She greeted me as soon as I walked in to the lobby and didn't keep me waiting at all throughout the entire appointment. The facial was so relaxing and calming....not only for what she did to my skin, but the neck massage, the aromatherapy and her super soothing voice and words. She knows just how to fully get you relaxed and calm and forget the stresses of the day - which is one of the things I enjoy about getting spa treatments. The Dermatologica products were amazing. This is a high end line that you don't often see at spas, at least I had not come across it in a long time. The products smelled amazing which is important to me....and really amplifies the facial. My face felt so soft and hydrated when I left and I admit it, I kept touching it throughout the rest of the evening because it felt so good. Margot is extremely knowledgeable about skin types, the products she uses and ongoing skincare programs. I ended up buying a sampler pack of my favorite items she tried on me but there was no pressure. The misting toner was one of my favorites and I am already addicted to it. It smells so light and fresh and easily gives your face the extra hydration it needs. And you can do it on your couch, at your desk, while driving.....LOL, its really easy to use.
