Charity shops are a great place to get a bargain - or so you would think. My experiences of Age Concern in Chester have been that they often have cheap clothes (such as Primark or Tesco) that are second hand, selling for more than they cost new. Obviously the staff pricing the items don't always know how much an item cost to begin with. It is still a great place for things such as DVDs and CDs. read more
