I briefly met her when I came home for my hour lunch to check up on my Grandma ( she's digressing with memory loss) and I think as soon as she met me and learned a younger girl lived with her grandma at the house, that it was an opportunity for her to snoop around the house once I left to go back to work. she barely did anything to help my grandma with cleaning or assistance. Instead she went snooping into rooms upstairs where she WASNT Supposed to be. She stole 3 pairs of my high end leggings and 3 pairs of my jeans along with 4 pairs of cami tank tops that were tucked away safely in a drawer. Mind you she's not our regular care giver for my grandma . She was just here for a day becasue our regular caregiver was out sick. A day after scheduling the interview she called me wanting to run by all the care situations a caregiver could have while working for FirstLight Homecare - as if I had never had prior caregiver experience. I returned her call, and during that call, she continuously stated she had met with me in person on-site at her office two years ago. She had pulled some file from 2023 and again repeatedly stated I met with her in person. Facts: 1) I did not meet with her in person; 2) I was working at legal office during the time period she stated I met with her on-site at her office, and 3) I had just graduated from college. She refused to believe me let alone take into account my correcting her. I did fill out an online application. However, who pulls a file two years from the past? Life changes, circumstances change, and resumes change. With her hanging to the past application from two years ago; I chose not to move forward and will never recommend this company to anyone. The truth is I applied on their website; DID NOT meet with her in person let alone ever step foot in her agency's office. I DID speak and was to meet with Caleb of FirstLight HomeCare Libertyville after having been stood up by his staff who mistakenly did not schedule me for the correct day and time. When I showed up to the interview, the interviewer was not there. I have never met Jessica and have never been to FirstLight HomeCare McHenry.

Both were insightful, smart, and so helpful with suggestions regarding my plan of care.
