From the very beginning, the process was a mess -- multiple cancelations, last-minute substitutions, and poor communication. This forced us to spend extra time and money traveling, scrambling, and stressing over what was otherwise one of the happiest days of our lives. My wife's wedding day was marred by the lack of reliability and professionalism from Morgan and her team. When my wife raised these concerns directly, Morgan actually acknowledged the countless mistakes and admitted the process had been mishandled. But instead of taking accountability in any meaningful way, she flat-out refused to offer any monetary compensation. The only "solution" she proposed was store credit or a complimentary service -- which is insulting. After going through all of this, why on earth would we ever go back? I think the worst part was her attitude when we called to complain, she admitted fault, she knew we would expect compensation (but didn't offer it), but she didn't seem to be sorry...just upset and defensive and what's not what you want when dealing with your wedding. This experience caused us unnecessary stress and financial loss. We showed a picture for reference at the beginning, she's should've just said she couldn't do it and we would've picked something else. Her coworker agreed with me and said she could fade it out more lmao. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I have never had the customer pay if they weren't satisfied. WE STILL PAID! Everything went well and we booked another appointment for next month. I was pleased now that I found a hairstylist I could count on getting my hair trimmed each month. This the reason why I am giving one star is what I thought was unprofessional was she called me back a week later stating that she wasn't excepting any new clients but could refer me to another hair stylist.
