I was trying to book for day of coordinations, with honestly very little tasks. Communication at first was great, very prompt responses but once I asked for a phone meeting so my fiancé could as any questions that he may have had, and to iron out details before we paid our deposit, communication went dark, as of now it's been 10 days with no response even after a follow up. I'm huge on communication and believe that someone you would be paying should hold communication or if they're running behind at least keep you informed. Unfortunately this makes the company a no go for me. With the argument from them that they posted on social media about having delayed emails, I checked their Facebook and Instagram and saw no mention, but it should not be a customer or potential customers job to go seeking information when communication stops. Automatic email responses were made for this exact reason. If they got that overwhelmed while moving houses, I'd hate to see what the wedding coordination would look like read more

*DO NOT USE* Major breach of contract on our micro wedding of 49 people/6 tables.. Prior to event day, billing was charged to card early, so payment was obtained by her a month early. Slow (and No) replies to Bride prior to event and to venue and vendors. Missed venue deadline. On day of event, Agape showed up hours late with no contact with bridal party the day of, the timeline and hence the procession was a mess, the rooms were not decorated prior to the reception which caused us to miss out on half of our pictures, and despite them charging us for "extra help". Agape did not distribute flowers to wedding party which also impacted photos, greatly. Always on her phone, and sat down frequently or disappeared when things were falling apart. I also found her once, seemingly hiding in the bathroom on her phone while everyone was awaiting for our (late) grand entrance. She instructed wedding party to stay in a private room for 45 minutes after ceremony, and forgot to bring food, beverages or even water causing then to miss out entirely on cocktail hour food. Did not order our exit car, so we exited with ribbons and cheering to no car missing those photos as well. Rude demeanor, and when asked about breach of contract items in detail, offered no response, or even apology. Left our cards and gifts in an open room at the hotel, and several cards/monetary gifts came up missing. In addition, our 6 foot wedding arch frame was lost despite it being an impossible item to lose. Since I left a similar review on Bridal websites, I have received 8 messages from brides who also had bad experiences, but were afraid to leave a bad review and also vendors who advised she is on their "Do Not Work With" list because of her blatant and callous disregard for the contractual services that she's obligated to provide. I reviewed her FB page and she deleted it and turned off reviews, so leaving this here in hopes someone searches for it. Currently have an active BBB complaint and will be pursuing Small Claims Court action. read more

I got married on January 18, 2020. I purchased the "Grace Package" about 1 year prior to my wedding day (around January 30, 2019). Initially, I found out about Sierra and her company on the Bride to Bride FB group. Throughout the whole process, Sierra was nothing but kind and helpful. If I ever had any questions or needed some recommendations, Sierra came through. I really started to recognize her attention to detail when we had our day of wedding meeting. We went through the agenda of the whole day, planning every single minute, including when I needed to be up for make-up/hair, when bridesmaids would need to be ready, when to get into the limos, timing the arrival to the ceremony (even though Sierra was only coordinating the reception since my wedding was at a Catholic Church). Her timelines were spot on. Then, Sierra and her helper (Brooke) really SHINED on the day of the event! When little hiccups occurred, they responded calmly and got it fixed. I had quite a few things that I wanted to happen during the reception (college chant with a flag, sorority song with candles, etc.) and Sierra and Brooke made sure EVERYTHING happened. There was not one thing that I had on the list that didn't happen. They made sure that all of the vendors were on schedule and did what they needed to do. We had quite a few vendors: catering/bartending, DJ, photography/photobooth, and gambling (roulette and craps tables). Considering that my wedding reception was completely DIY, all the way down to all of the decor... Sierra and Brooke did an excellent job in making my vision come true. Not many brides can say that nothing was forgotten to be done or left behind, but I am so glad I can! Also, perhaps I never paid enough attention, but I've never noticed coordinators following the bride and groom everywhere with a plate of appetizers, drinks, and food. Well, I experienced this first hand with Sierra and Brooke and we were WELL FED! Most couples have told me that they didn't get the chance to enjoy the food, drinks, and dancing. However, we absolutely did! Lastly, these two made us feel special in the most down-to-earth way. Both of these ladies did everything with a smile and were even a cheering squad during our couple photo shoot. If you're looking for a company who can not only make sure all of your wish list for your special day is accomplished, but also does it in the most sincere way, look no further! Hiring Sierra to be my day of coordinator was the best decision that I could have made! I was a DIY bride and Sierra made sure that everything was setup the exact way that I had envisioned. She always kept everyone and everything right on schedule and I never had to worry about a thing during my wedding! My Mom could also relax and enjoy the wedding without having to worry about making sure everything was going to plan. We had a 1pm ceremony, so time went by so quickly, but Sierra flawlessly got everything taken care of and ahead of schedule! Leading up to the wedding, Sierra went above and beyond when contacting vendors, staying in contact with me, and making sure that our wedding was perfect.
