They retreat regularly and on the literal day they retreated, we began a bathroom remodel and found thousands of live termites... they came and claimed to have killed them all... a week later, we found thousands more... they claimed it again, as well as misdiagnosed some additional damage... 2 weeks later, even more damage... now in the floor and walls... I canceled the service and was told that the bait traps were rented. Which was an effing lie. I owned them. Not knowing any better, I agreed to have them come out and dig them up with the understanding that they would fill back the holes. Which they did not do. So they lied, stole my property, and damaged my lawn. Crooked bastards.
