I don't know if the barbershop moved or closed down, but I'm sad that I wasn't able to get a good old fashioned hair cut. I happened to pass another shop that might be a suitable replacement between Portland and Merrill on 4th Street in Beloit. I didn't catch the name as I went buy, but it's a black building on the east side of the road.
