This happened on a Saturday and Justin came the very next day and started the clean up. Miraculously, there was one tree, that sat right next to the destruction, but wasn't touched; my cherished multi stemmed forest pansy redbud. Justin meticulously worked around my tree and somehow managed to not so much as to break a single branch. They were also extremely kind and patient with me. I stood by and watched the entire time. Thank you Justin, I'm forever grateful to you and your entire team. I apologize for not writing this review sooner. Thank you! Cheryl Klein

In one instance the work was done in the early spring when the soil was soggy. They used metal plates for the equipment to ensure no tracks left behind in the soil. Another crew I hired left big machine tire tracks in my grass so I'm sensitive to this issue. Vasquez gave me the best price versus others who gave me estimates. His crew takes on the most challenging jobs that others would not do ( as they either passed or charged a price they knew I would turn down). His team will tree climb if the job requires it. They have all the proper equipment needed to do the best work. Do not hesitate to hire his team. And by the way, they also do lawn work and other landscaping projects! These folks are the best!!!

We first contacted Tree Lion through Yelp after a tree fell and affected multiple neighboring…read moreproperties. Initially, they indicated they could come out on Saturday, July 4, but the estimate was ultimately confirmed for Sunday, July 5, between 11:00 am & 12:00 p.m. I was coordinating the appointment on behalf of a loved one. Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.
