To be working with is helping other customers, answering phones, and using time by slowly walking you around the store showing you makeup you could try this is not worth the money. I came in requesting a very blunt, easy task for someone who does makeup and somehow it turned into an hour long hot mess. The girl I worked with was sweet as could be and she knew her stuff. I just don't think she quite understood what it was I needed. When we were finished, and I looked at myself in the mirror, I immediately went to the bathroom and washed my face. It was bad. They did give me a refund bc they acknowledged the fact that the employee was busy during my session however, I was advised that I was banned from getting any services from there again. This is a shame because I shopped there all the time. I guess it does not matter though because I don't think that I would use their services at this location again anyway.

Recently refilled an item I've been picking up for almost 2 yrs. Walgreens filled it with a…read moresubstitute because as explained to me, they must have been out of my regular prescription. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the substitution when picking up. Had no reason to believe it wasn't what I'd been getting for ~2 yrs. Today after not feeling as well, I checked the label. Not the same. Was I asked if substituting was ok? No. Have I tried the substituted drug in the past? Yes. That's how I know it isn't effective for me. Walgreens informed me that the substitution was approved to do by their policy. Their policy should be to ASK the person paying IF a substitution is ok. They DID NOT ASK. I now have $100 worth of useless pills that do not work for my system. When I called about the issue they caused, I was told it's against corporate policy to refund or take back a drug. I informed them I did not ask for either. I simply wanted to pick up my PRESCRIBED medication and the $100 I paid to be calculated into that. Walgreens is not having integrity for their customers in not ASKING first BEFORE filing a drug that differs from the actual written prescription. That is wrong and shows disrespect of whom they're supposed to be serving. And it's dangerous.

I have been a loyal member for 20 years plus, literally! I usually start up from early Spring…read morethrough September. I don't care about spray tan or the high pressured beds. My preference has always been the level one and I get a great tan! Its a turn off to pay the $29 member fee every year. Secondly, I was getting the $16.99 package and they said their prices went up to $50 and still they want the $29 fee. I was always told that if you do packages above the entry level, then it's waived. The girls get commission from it and can't tell if they could really waive it or not. So anyway, its almost June and I had to skip April and May because the significant increase! Ultra tan management should be able to understand that regardless, my preference is level one. The start up fee and freezing your membership is very silly and they should really consider doing away with it. Abd lastly, I can never understand why the staff at all Ultra Tan does not engage in remembering their loyal customers name! It shows you value my business and creats a welcoming community vibe. Rather than, just a transaction".

A medication was dispensed without regard to pre-existing condition AND which should not have been dispensed based on initial lab results. After having to stop medication because of effect on pre-existing condition, the "prescriptive" portion of the AMS Program was non-existent. NP, Angie, was nice but Program did not provide value for over $200 for first month. Today, I was waited to be acknowledged for appt. by Jessica, who stated she had checked the waiting room every 5 minutes (when the clock on my phone indicated I had been standing in front of Receptionist desk for 10 minutes). This business is not a value in money or time, in my opinion.
