Unless it is a tax audit, in which case...of course I have the proof that all those trips to the Riviera...and the Porsche... were tax deductible! But then, add to that, my pile was easily two decades old, too. Well, I was faced with a similar dilemma while clearing out my sister and her husband's entire estate, and time was short to accomplish the whole task. So her little home office sized shredder was not even an option. No one could offer me advice. The best suggestion, at first, was bringing my paper in standard banker's boxes to any UPS Store and paying the seemingly reasonable price of 98c per pound. They made it sound quite affordable, but in reality, one box has the potential to weigh 20-25 lbs. I had at least 8 of them. That was not a reasonable option. But an angel whispered in my ear. Check out Rogue Shred. So I did. They not only scheduled a waste collection truck to come directly to my front door, but the driver emptied all my boxes into a huge trash container first (one the size of a regular recycling bin in these here parts) and wheeled it over to the truck, dumped it in, and charged me $38. Yes! In UPS-ese, that $38 would have covered just 2 boxes. And I would have had to do the hauling to their store. What can I say? Life savers!

I had a years of old tax and other confidential documents that needed shredding. Rogue Shred came…read moreto my home by appointment and shredded them all for $38. The gentleman that came out was warm, friendly, and efficient. It was a great relief not to have to box them up and take them somewhere.

Every time I come in she is the only person upfront working as a cashier and an Amazon return returns. Today I witnessed her ask for help multiple times and no one came to help her. She was still quick and asked me about my day and my plans for the weekend. amazing customer service regardless of her being visibly stressed. there were at least 15 people in line for both. Give her a raise!!! Disappointed in staples. Proud of leesha.

At least one star for this kind employee 2018359. I did like the back to school deals and found…read morethe value good. My overall experience is a 0/5 stars because of the poor quality customer service, display of the store and lack of items for sale. I went in this store on a Sunday after looking at the new weekly offers hoping they'd be stocked up with what they advertised. When I arrived right when they opened, I asked the guy with dyed hair in the front and a mask on where I can find a specific item (post it dispenser) and he told me to go to aisle 2 where post its were. I would have appreciated if he actually took me to the item as he was not doing anything but standing there in the first place. I went to look for the post it dispenser only to be greeted with low stocked shelves and not the item I was looking for. I perused around the store and enjoyed adding items to my cart and then took a dispenser to the front cashier (2018359) he tried his best to help me get the post it dispenser I was looking for by looking at the SKU, showing they had it in stock and directed me to the person I already interacted with when I arrived. He walked me to the post its and I asked if he can look in the back. It took about 2-3 minutes and this employee walked right by me to the cashier 2018359 and delivered the post it dispenser. As a customer I would have appreciated if this employee connected with me more by bringing what I asked directly to me instead of acting like I was a bother or nonexistent. I also would have appreciated if this employee actually brought more than just my item out to add more to the shelves in case other customers like me wanted to buy it. This makes the customer experience AND the employee experience more enjoyable because it is efficient to make sure stock is out for customers to get. I surely hope this Staples is receptive to feedback and makes some positive improvements to make customers feel welcome with good interactions so customers want to come back to shop here.

Then the last time i complained was told " we go by the rules that lowes goes by which when i contacted lowes, they said Dd-214 of course ,just like the DMV or any other government agency, well maybe I don't want to pay the damned DMV the $70 or whatever it costs to have it on my liscence or my plates! I see people regularly saying im a vet offering zero proof get their discount there while buying a few screws but someone who's spends thousands annually offering a dd214 with matching odl gets ZERO discount! Complete and udder BULLSHIT in my book and most other folks books as well , because I complained the once chatty kathy manager (Scott) no longer even offers a hello goodbye or get f***** comment to me at all. I have done my due diligence trying to politely inform them of what a dd-214 is to no avail. I have given up on even making any further comment whatsoever whilst others in line before me say "im a vet " offering zero proof get their discount with a smile and a thank you for your service , i then get the "oh this f****** guy look" like im trying to pull a fast one over them for offering the only Goddamned proof in the entire f****** world of military service and it ain't good enough! Don't take this the wrong way. There are many employees there that go out of their way to help me and have been outstanding in every Way Possible (rabbit, juan and his brother ,veronica or melany I forget her name sometimes but she knows who she is and i cannot forget to mention john! All outstanding people and that's what keeps me coming back are those folks who sit out side of the mental wrangling of dd214s and military service awards.
