After I asked someone about the delay, we learned there had been a problem with the oven. The manager came over, apologized, and explained that they were having equipment challenges. We appreciated the way the manager handled it. They acknowledged that someone should have spoken with us before it became an issue, and that made a difference. (I had spoken with the host, who alerted the manager) This is not meant as a complaint. The only concern was that our server did not keep us informed during the delay, and that may be a training opportunity. The manager did a great job taking care of the situation and made us feel heard. Thank you, Genisa, for handling the issue professionally. We appreciate the response and will be back.

We really enjoy the bar area and its ambiance but hope to also experience the dining room as well. We started off with the Dip of the day which was a Miso Ranch dip served with fresh made tortilla chips. This was phenomenal and my only complaint is there wasn't more! Chef Nick Risseeuw came over and checked on how we were doing and after hearing me rave about his pot pie offered two of his desserts on the house.
