My husband and I had visited a majority of event halls in west Phoenix Area , all are very pretty , but were missing space, never called back and were stuffed with tables and chairs. NOT Legend they call you back and get you scheduled to meet and view their venue right away , right when you walk in its jaw dropping and placement of sections are well placed and have amazing flow !!!! (Section included bar, guest seating , desert table , dance floor , back room, daycare, two different areas for bathrooms ) . With the Pros there are cons I recommend right from start let them know if you need an English or Spanish planning your party assistance when doing the contract they will lean towards Spanish due to hall surrounding and kind of get a little attitude if you don't speak both or Spanish. Hall Double Books - they double book their venue (two separate venues in building possibly three ) this can cause issues parking areas, guest getting mixed up with halls, but more importantly guest counting (Note: ALL venues guest count) venues are very strict on counting your guest to make sure you only have contract amount if not they'll charge per extra guest and that amount changes. This part is definitely unfair on all venue part cause they count who enters , and not on who actually seating or how many ppl come and go during the event. Office Staff changes frequently so if you're promised something at contract or during the months of planning with them make sure it's in writing on your contract, initialed, and dated (Legend give you a book to help keep track of everything as a team) . If it doesn't say it on the contract and their promise to additional request last page of the contract. The DJ comes with your contract , but he does NOT MC so make sure to get one to announce your court. Givr him dealt schedule for when you want fog, projector , sparkles to come on. He forgot to do our during the father and daughter dance. The chief food is really good , but make sure you do the food tasting and get your menu written down and signed by both you and chief at time of tasting otherwise he'll forget . My cons are only things that I recommend you watch for throughout your planning process not deal breakers. This place is amazing. I would definitely have another event at venue or recommend the hall to others!!!! The hall treated our guest above and beyond ! The waitstaff was located at the North end and they were working very hard to make sure guests had drinks, appetizers, and their main dishes. They cleaned up quickly and quietly as guests were finished with their items. Dessert items were neatly displayed on tiered shelves at one end of the room. The tables looked very fancy, and it really felt like an important gala at our friend's company Christmas party. In the rather large outdoor space, there were a few tables so adults could be closer to their kids as they played in two large bounce houses or took photos at a cool inflatable selfie booth. They had really nice soft outdoor lighting with strands of bulbs crisscrossing the space. The owner quoted my parents and me two different prices and charged us for a premium package that included security--yet no security was provided, despite us paying for it. 3 hours before the end of the event, the owner repeatedly turned on the lights, which caused many of our guests to leave early. We were also charged for projector screens that we were unable to use due to a lack of proper connections, and no refund was offered. Our wedding date was chosen off of the availability of this beautiful property. They had the house set up so the wedding party could get ready inside. They have a giant gazebo where we said our vows. We had over 200 people join us so know they can accommodate a large function. We were able to have a dress rehearsal here as well. The grounds are beautiful. They have a bush garden maze. They provided a large tent. I mean huge! It was filled with tables and a dance floor that fit all of us! It kept everyone warm in the colder weather. Plenty of places for photos. It has been closed thr past few years. I was so glad to see it open again. Back in 1995 our entire wedding including venue dress, tux rental, cake, dj, flowers, rings, catering and honeymoon was just under $4k! My mom covered the catering thr venue back then was $1500 and that left No debit. We were simple folk but thanks to Nardini Manor their coordination and all that they provided our special day went flawless and was super beautiful. Nardini Manor is timeless.

We rented this venue for a birthday party, and while the physical space is very pretty, I…read moreabsolutely would not recommend it. The venue manager, Lorena, is completely unprofessional, and the communication throughout the entire process was a nightmare. If you are considering booking this space, please be aware of the multiple red flags we experienced: Right from the start, Lorena canceled our first viewing appointment. Once we rescheduled and booked, communication via text became incredibly difficult. She would take days to respond, routinely failed to fully read messages, and would either ignore direct questions or respond with completely irrelevant answers. Getting a clear answer on when we could meet to pay our remaining balance was an exhausting process of constant follow-ups. During our initial visit, we were explicitly told multiple times that we could have a taquero set up inside the venue. However, when we arrived a month before the event to pay our final balance, Lorena abruptly changed her story, stating it wasn't allowed due to code issues. While code compliance is understandable, she should have contacted us to let us know about the changes sooner. Fortunately, our caterer was flexible enough to switch to a buffet style. We were told the venue would be open starting at 9:00 AM on the day of our event. When we arrived at 1:00 PM to set up, the building was locked. It took staff 30 minutes to arrive and open up, leaving us and our vendors waiting outside, which threw off our entire schedule. During setup, venue personnel constantly hovered and micromanaged us--complaining about the doors being open while we were actively unloading heavy items and restricting one of the vendors from using the VIP suite we had explicitly been told we could use for storage. Our contract required a $500 refundable deposit, which we paid in cash and were promised would be returned in cash. It ultimately took nearly two weeks of constant hounding to get our money back. When I went to retrieve it the Thursday after the event, Lorena claimed she didn't have the cash and promised the owner (Lupita) would Zelle it to me. After providing my information, Lorena would not respond to my texts for days, or sometimes would not respond at all. Fed up, I managed to track down the owner's number directly. When I spoke to Lupita on Friday, she informed me that she had actually given the deposit money to Lorena the day prior. Lorena had the money since Thursday and had not contacted me, even though she knew I had been asking for it for two weeks. The owner told me I could pick it up that day. When I finally went to pick up the deposit, Lorena was incredibly short with us and didn't even apologize. If I hadn't taken it upon myself to bypass management and contact the owner directly, I would probably still be waiting for my money. What should have been a celebratory experience was ruined by unnecessary stress and unprofessionalism. The venue itself is great for parties, but the venue manager/coordinator was horrible. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
