The appointment was reconfirmed by the owner on Thursday, 2 days prior to the cleaning scheduled for Saturday. I was specifically asked to ensure that no other workers were in the house while their team was cleaning, and we rearranged our schedule and coordinated everything accordingly as best as we could. At 5 PM on Friday--the evening before the scheduled cleaning--the owner called to cancel, saying there was an unspecified issue with her team. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had been texting with the owner at 3 PM that same afternoon discussing which part of the house the cleaners would start with. At no point did she mention that there was an issue or even suggest that the appointment might be cancelled. I was told they could not accommodate us this Sunday or Monday either, despite the fact that we are moving in Tuesday. Her suggestion was essentially that she would "do her best" to send options if she came across any-- she didn't have another company she could personally recommend. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. What I find unacceptable is the lack of notice, lack of contingency planning, and lack of genuine concern for the significant inconvenience caused to the customer. Canceling a confirmed move-in cleaning less than 24 hours beforehand leaves a customer scrambling at the worst possible time. If you are relying on a company for a time-sensitive cleaning, this one will not deliver.

Three cleaners were sent to my home. John, Lumeys, and Damaris. John served as the interpreter for Lumeys and Damaris during the cleaning. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the service. The cleaning did not meet my expectations for a deep cleaning. Damaris cleaned my walk-in shower, but when I inspected it, there was still splattered soap from the night before on the shower tiles, along with a white film on the bathroom tile floor. I had to show John how I expected the shower to be cleaned, and I ultimately cleaned the shower myself. I also noticed that areas such as underneath the bed, picture frames, baseboards, doors, and AC vents had not been properly cleaned. Some of the mirrors were only partially cleaned. The furniture, stove, and refrigerator were also not moved to clean underneath or around them. Because of the poor cleaning job, Rachel agreed to have the cleaning re-done with a new crew that she felt would be a better match. The re-cleaning was initially scheduled for August 21, 2026, but Rachel later changed the appointment to Wednesday because the person she had in mind would be available August 26, 2026. Rachel said missing items had never been a problem with her cleaning crews, and that this was the first time she had encountered any issue like this. Rachel told me she would reach out to the cleaning crew regarding the missing ring. I was told that two of the three cleaners were out of the country due to a family emergency. I found another customer's review on another platform stating that after returning from traveling, the customer found that her home had not been properly cleaned, lights had been left on, and items were missing.
