I asked if she could style it because my head looked crazy but I was better off just walking out like that because it looked even worse after being "styled". I had asked for finger waves and rather than just telling me that my hair was too long for that kind of style, she had my friend look up how to do it and then slapped some product on my head and gave it her best effort.

I trusted their professional judgment, but they used a metal, cheese-grater-like foot file on that area, which was extremely painful. After the appointment, I looked into Colorado regulations and became concerned because I believe the tool and technique used may not be permitted under state cosmetology rules. I feel my concerns about the sensitive area should have been taken more seriously, and I should have been informed before something that painful was done. The polish application was also disappointing. My toenails looked sloppy and did not have the clean, professional finish I expected from a pedicure. I did care for my lashes with Brandi's instructions and the 10 cent brush she sent home with me... The pictures I posted are in fact Brandis work! The lashes I got from the nail salon actually looked a million times better than the ones I got from your salon. And to set you straight, I was not offered for you to fix my problem.. In fact, the salon owner was extremely rude, lied to get me down to the salon and proceed to tell me she left her eyelash remover at home and its my own fault my lashes look the way they do, even after 4 days, not even full days technically... Then they tell me to go home and removed my lashes with olive oil, which took hours and was extremely uncomfortable. After talking with other salons in Colorado Springs, they are amazed a "Pueblos Best" salon would give me that kind of guidance.. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Flying back and forth to Florida just to have my lashes done is a bit ridiculous. I will admit I was hesitant to have my lashes done for the first time by someone else, but I am glad that someone was Sirena. She knows what she is doing, super sweet, good at explaining her craft, & very efficient.
