I have already tried two other African restaurants in Nürnberg & this one is the best among all. I was yesterday third time there & every time the experience was excellent. It offers excellent Ethiopian dishes with Injeera. Like other Ethiopian restaurant, this one also offers the traditional plates for 2 or more people to share. We ordered mixed plate (Bayainetu (Mixteller) Spezial) for 4 & one vegetarian plate for single person, as the two in group were vegetarian & new to African food so were not sure about the taste. But they also enjoyed it immensely. The mixed plate that we 4 shared, was as usual excellent. This plate normally has beef also, but we don't prefer beef, so we asked the waiter to replace it with more vegetables, which he gladly did. The service was excellent. The waiter (probably owner himself) was really friendly. I still wonder how come this restaurant is most of the times not full whenever we visit. This is a highly recommend one in Nürnberg for Ethiopian food.

It taste great but if one was to ask me what I had the answer would be I don't know. The JuJu Beer was a change up. More of a fruity drink but tasty none the less. Make sure your ready to eat with your hands. I would add not to go with anyone you're not ready to swap spit with.

I don't even bother looking at the menu anymore, I just ask the chef to bring a mixed plate of whatever he wants, and enjoy myself thououghly. The prices are also VERY reasonable. And in a city with a few Ethiopian places about, this is the one that the Ethiopians in Nurnberg choose to go, which is all of the endorsement anyone should need. Finally, in a place full of restaurants that offer poor and unfriendly service, it is a breath of fresh air to have an owner and staff that are both friendly and make sure that you are always taken care of.
