Last night ordered food at 6.45 finally sat down to food at 10.30 .the meal was for 4 Chinese plus chips ,Gravy and curry sauces .After 1.5 hours the meal arrived minus chips and sauces after a phone call with some attitude given by their staff the sauces arrived a further hour later without the chips ,After another call that their girl answering the phones called me a liar the chips arrived a further 1.5 hours later .The meal was totally ruined not even an apology off Evergreen .Their poor delivery driver was on his first night and was so sorry .Pity his employers didn't feel the same our meal which was nt cheap was totally ruined the chip bag fell apart with so much oil on the paper. Very very disappointed by the standard of the food the delivery and even more disappointing the attitude of the person answering phone calls .I asked do you intend compensating me for a ruined meal to which the answer was NO

They do…read morereally good quality food to eat in or take away, the are a little pricey compare to some other chip shop take aways in merthyr but as you can sit down in a convinent plac then I guess that makes their prices a little higher. It is always busy here and often you are queuing to take out and waiting for a seat to eat in, the staff are good though and try to get you a table as quick as possible, but sometimes they rush you to get out also.
