My husband was thrilled with the pepper plants he bought because ours (bought from another place) were not doing well, and he wanted to replace them. We got everything we wanted, and are planning another trip! I also visited Ted in the Brewery and walked away with the first growler of beer I'd ever purchased. A tree we purchased 10 months ago has not been doing well. It has been properly planted and cared for-even "babied" along-and still not doing well. We are not at all new to tree planting or basic knowledge, so to have this kind of issue is very very rare for us. We have inquired back with Browns 3 times now as to what we can do to help this tree make it, and have gotten zero help or answers this far. We are getting the feeling that they are just waiting for our 1 year from purchase guarantee to pass by so that they can skip their commitment. We do not necessarily want the tree to be replaced, we want their input to know to make this tree thrive better and we are not getting it. Our next tree/shrubs may be coming from someplace else. Update from initial paragraphs above... absolutely zero "customer service" for the tree, and our time ran out. We had to cut it down. $300+ in the burn pile. I very rarely give a business this kind of review, but I honestly feel that this was warranted. We played by all of their retune/customer purchase rules and guidelines, and they did nothing.

It is a little off the beaten track, located near Tony Stewart's elaborate estate west of Columbus. Not too many flowers, but lots of shrubs, bushes, hedges, etc, at reasonable prices. The business is part of a vertically integrated landscaping concern run by an over-educated gentleman named Dean, although the nursery is run by a friendly and knowledgeable manager named Kim. She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here. Credit cards taken too, no need to bring cash

We ordered six dining room chairs in early March 2021 because we wanted some lumbar support for our starting-to-age backs. (Its amazing how comfortable their slanted-angle backs make their chairs!) But probably due to the pandemic, Jake Wilson warned us it would take several months to have the chairs built and delivered. When we called them later around mid May to ask about the order's progress, they told us it would still be several more weeks, but that they would loan us some similar chairs they had in stock until our custom chairs came in. Wow- we were very impressed with this kind offer! They delivered the six loaner chairs to us a few days later. And we couldn't be happier with our final chair delivery in early August. The chairs are SO comfortable, and they are attractive and strong as well. While at first glance Wilson's might seem a bit expensive, once we compared the actual same quality to several other stores, we found it to be the same price. We are in our late 50's and were looking for quality furniture, not cheapo stuff. All in all, we are thrilled with our Wilson Furniture experience! Incidentally, we are not related or personal friends with anyone at this company, as I suspect sometimes happens on review sites. So if you're looking to buy that, they would be a great fit. Unfortunately, we purchased a off white leather sectional and 3 of the seats were reclining seats with adjustable head rest. I clearly stated I do not want the floor model but 100% convinced that's what they tried delivering. I have no proof but it was dirty in common wear places. A reddish stain of some sort and that was only the 2nd piece of the sectional they unloaded. I was told the one I would receive is in the back, I asked to look at it and was told it was boxed up. My question is, if it's boxed up, why wouldn't you leave it that way to protect it for stains, dirt and ripe etc. Well, because they try selling me used furniture. I wish I was thinking at the time and took pictures. I did not have to ask for a refund they offered it right up. Then gave us a credit promptly. However, they did try to make me feel guilty because they held the furniture for about 6 weeks, until our home was completed. My reply to it was you knew that right up front and didn't have store it. They could of just sorry, we not able to do that. New house, no furniture. :-(
