In both instances, the driver arrived 15-minutes early and greeted us with a smile. They offered to load and/or assist us in loading our luggage into the newer and very clean Kia Sedona mini-van. After we loaded up, we headed to our destination of which was approx. an hour and fifteen minutes away. The drivers had no questions or problems in navigating my family and I to our final stop. They both made sure that we were all comfortable both in seating and with the inside temp. While I didn't ask, my Uncle and fellow Yelper Bill M. took care of the actual reservation side of things and made no mention of issues or complaints with the process and/or price. It's worthy to note that our drivers were Woody at pick-up from the airport and Mike at drop-off to the airport both of whom were friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with. I received both an e-mail and text message confirmation the day prior to pick-up/drop-off that provided our driver's name and cell phone number along with confirmation of location and time of pick-up. I would definitely use this service again.

He started spouting all kinds of nasty nonsense to scare me away from other options--including that I'd probably miss my flight... and even that I might get sexually assaulted in the car!!!--and then he hung up on me. It is absolutely unacceptable to prey on someone's vulnerability as a way to scare them into using a service. And the fact that he seemed exceptionally courteous but only until he lost a sale, is truly disgusting. Don't trust his facade. He's awful.

I'm used to parking at the airport or getting a lift when flying out of town. However, I had a…read morerecent trip where my wife, toddler, and cat were going to be out of town for a length of time, so instead of gambling on a rideshare showing up on time, I booked my first car service with Comfort Drive. Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find. I highly recommend Comfort Drive when you need a lift to or from the airport.

Outstanding Service Every Time!…read more We have used Nick's Airport Shuttle several times now for roundtrips from Palm Coast to both Jacksonville and Orlando airports, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, we booked them to pick up our daughter from Orlando, and they'll soon be taking our large group to the airport for our trip to Alaska. No matter the occasion, Nick's team always delivers. Using Nick's shuttle feels like having your own personal driver. The vehicles are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The drivers are professional, punctual, and friendly, and Nick himself is a great guy--a fellow Navy veteran who takes pride in his business and his customers. His attention to detail and reliability make travel so much easier. Update - October 2025: We recently traveled to Canada and returned on a one-way cruise to Miami. Nick's shuttle took us to Jacksonville for our flight, and two weeks later, he was right there in Miami to pick us up after the cruise. That seamless coordination made our vacation stress-free from start to finish. We love using Nick's service because it truly takes the hassle out of travel and lets us focus on enjoying the journey. We will continue to use Nick's Airport Shuttle for all our future trips. If you want peace of mind, professionalism, and a friendly face to get you where you need to go, Nick's is the best choice. He was personable and professional. Hopefully my car doesn't need any repairs again for a while but they've earned my business for my taxi needs. Btw, I've read that Uber can be hard to come by in the area so I went the taxi route. And, the trip from the island to CR210 was $50. I thought that was reasonable.
