Wow! Mind you we are usually on time, but we are on a fixed income and sometimes stuff happens unfortunately ! And only asked 1 time in years!! But nope sorry, they dont care, doesnt matter if you are with them for 20 years and on time for 20 years!! Also the rent on the units continue to increase pretty frequently. ​

Had a storage unit with them for close to 2 years. My credit card had fraudulent charges made on…read moreit so I had it cancelled which also cancelled my automatic payment. I was out of town and away from email and mail. Upon my return I went in to pay my storage Bill and late fees. When I stated what I wanted to do. Susan Thurber said "Really, you're going to pay this"? I'm thinking I'm standing in front of you stating my intentions. Then I'm hit with " where have you been, you don't answer mail or emails?" At this point I'm beyond belief that this person that states on their website that they are friendly and professional is anything but that. Anytime I went into the office I felt like I was a nuisance to them. I would NOT recommend using them.
