Our friends recommended Glacial Ridge Vet for boarding our two 2 yr old Huskies. When I called to make reservations they were very accommodating and had space available. The next morning we dropped off the joys and Tracy was very pleasant and friendly. She helped us get checked in and even called our vet to get some vaccine certificates faxed over. Since I didn't have a copy she gave me one. When we came back the next day to pick the boys up Tracy again helped us with a smile and friendly attitude. I live 1 town away, the round trip ends up being about 30 miles. So they happily mailed me my special standard poodle meds. He sadly has a terminal illness,that the great Dr. quickly diagnosed.'MMM' is an autoimmune disease, affecting the dog's jaw muscle.I am presently giving him some meds, Prednisone.This has really made a huge difference.I am on borrowed time I know. But the vet has allowed me to have more quality time with my standard poodle ''KING''.Every other day was suggested, and it works so well.!My deep admiration for the ability to treat him so perfectly.Thanks DR!

She was sent home with an anti biotic and that was it. No follow up call, no after care instructions, and oh yes not only that, you are not allowed to go in the patient room with your animal at all during the appointment. I have never felt more ripped off or unfairly and unethically treated in my life.
