I am a contracted customer who called Arrow in December last year after discovering termites while pulling shrubs from my home. Arrow suggested and installed Sentricon bait stations around my home. The manufacturer claims it kills termites in 30-90 days. A few days ago, I opened the cover to the station where I found the termites to find hundreds of termites I guess eating the bait along with an equal number of fire ants. Many of the other Sentricon stations are filled with fire ants and a couple looked untouched. I did some searching for other exterminators to find out that termites aren't treated by installing Sentricon or any other bait station. First, they must be treated to kill the colony. Insecticides like Termidor SC can be used to treat the area. Arrow never recommended that. I had already canceled my regular pest control with Arrow because it didn't address what I called them for. This is not the first time I've had trouble getting service from Arrow but I promise it is the last time. Arrow does not keep its scheduled appointments, does not call its customers to keep them informed.
