I was then told forms were filed only to later discover forms were not filed and required additional documents, that I was only made aware of when I requested an update. I then requested to cancel services and was reimbursed for the court filing fee. When I requested partial payment of the initial payment because services were not completed, I was greeted with the following message: Danny I will reiterate my position in you reviewing our contract in relation to refunds. Ultimately, you chose to not proceed with the guardianship. Your threat of leaving a negative review on Yelp as a way to get a refund is not well taken and I will explore any and all legal options available to me in response to your conduct if you choose to follow through with this threat.
