Auto parts aftermarket replacement mirror was a fraction off, but they ordered a fitted mirror and installed it without needing to remove the original mirror and controls. They were kind enough to advise that it was an easy process if I wanted to replace the whole unit and showed me the easy access area, but I was happy to pay them to order do the replacement glass/mirror only. I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

Wendover Ave. location to replace my front windshield It took all day…read moreand at 7pm I was told that they were not able to do the recalibration for my 2019 Volvo S90. I return two days later and was there three hours and still the recalibration was still undone. I express my extreme disappointment with the shop service and was told by the manager that yes they had fail in keeping me inform and how long I had been there. He stated that someone would call me and set-up a appointment. I waited for four days and noone called. I called and asked to speak with the manager and he wouldn't speak to me and told the counter worker to just setup an appointment. I paid almost $1400.00 dollars for this repair. I am very disappointed in this shop handling of my vehicle repair. I don't recommend this shop to anyone else and in the future I will take my business elsewhere. Wonderful job using the best adhersive there is. Very clean installation. Voluntarily clean any smudges or prints off and carefully advise us to leave the tape on and avoid washing the car for 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure. They even glued back our middle rear mirror perfectly! The seems from the outside looks perfect as well! I'm very OCD and it's literally perfect! Really positive attitude and experience with these folks. Lifetime warranty too! High recommended. Seems like the Durham location has a bad rep maybe under different leadership? But these Mebane office guys are great. Fast to give me an all-inclusive price out the door with tax and everything.
