They look good but are unusable. I asked him to repair the webbing and he put a piece of plywood in instead. The legs won't screw in properly despite many attempts to get them on so they are splayed and wobbly. I took the chairs back and he gave them back to me with a lot of attitude. I had to go to home depot to buy longer screws for him to fix it. They still do not work so I cannot use my $1500 chairs! I'm going to pay a real upholsterer to fix it. I do not recommend BA Upholsterers. Not even for cushions. He messed those up too.

Steven showed promptly for our meeting to look at the sofa and he provided an estimate, and again for the work. He did a great job -- having had to get a bit creative -- and my clients are absolutely thrilled with the results. AAA tends towards the expensive side but Steven is not a "handyman", he is a craftsman. Fine furniture repair is a dying art in these days of disposable furniture made in China. I would highly recommend AAA when a piece is worth saving. I definitely will use him in the future!
