I provided them with a dumpster but their crew scattered trash all over my property, including screws, sealant, watermelon rinds, lunch bags, cups, cigarettes, etc. They did clean up 80% of it after I complained but they left much on the ground, including lots & lots of screws, nails, staples, sealant, trash, etc. They were required to leave the units "broom swept" but they blew the units out with a leaf blower. I had to sweep every unit myself before I could rent them. They failed to install vertical braces in numerous units, failed to anchor one 20' wall, they installed one window upside down, and the horizontal supports in the office area were not flush with the vertical posts. They did fix these after I complained. They did not seal around the doors or windows in the office area or install foam seals around the ceiling. They did not offer to install house wrap and I was unaware of this until the exterior partitions were installed. The crews oftentimes didn't show up as scheduled. Twice I had a forklift on site to unload shipments and no one ever showed up. The entire project was 30 days past the scheduled completion date. BETCO failed to acknowledge any of these problems. The contract specifies that I must go to North Carolina in order to sue them which is not practicable. And, if you have to sue them over the warranty you will have to do it in North Carolina. Don't get suckered into this!! Again, I will never deal with this company again!!!
