My family has been going here for many many years, decades in fact. The last two times we have gone…read morein , the customer service from the older lady there has been awful. She thinks she's better than everyone and she can't be inconvenienced by anything. Both times I had very simple needs. They messed up both of them. In fact the most recent trip in they broke the locks that I brought them, and didn't even called to tell me. They were just hoping I would never show back up. They told me they had ordered keys for me the time before. When I arrived, she admitted they never ordered them. Even though I called twice to ask if the keys were in and she rudely said I told you I would call when they arrived. Not only was she rude, she lied. This is not the Coats lock and key from 10 or 20 years ago. Maybe they're retiring soon and they just don't care anymore. But if you need lock or key service, go anywhere else but Coats

We contacted them Saturday with a promise they would get to us in the afternoon. At 6pm we finally…read moregot a text from them with apologies saying they were not able to get to it till the next day,Sunday. (Only after waiting all afternoon for them and having to text them to see why they did not call, text, or show) waited all afternoon Sunday, after they texted they were on their way to the car, sent someone to the car as it was stranded somewhere,and again they waited all afternoon till late evening...no call, no text, no show...and after sending them yet another text no response (2 texts) . So not sure what kind of work they do if they work..but definitely for us were neither reliable nor courteous enough to even communicate and let us know they did not plan to do the job.
