She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and welcoming. She always takes her time asking me questions to better understand my skin care needs. As a man it's hard to explain how rejuvenated I feel and look at the end of each visit. The atmosphere is Therapeutic, and I always wake up (Yes, I'm knock out) wishing it wasn't over lol. To the guys, stop letting your barber practice what they saw on YouTube on your delicate skin. We all know that you wouldn't go to the nail shop to get a haircut, so stop playing yourself and book an appointment with Key. My nails look perfect, my feet and legs are like butter, and I am happily waddling to my car like an 8 month pregnant woman - all thanks to the lovely folks at Tulip. I came as a walk-in and they were very welcoming right off the bat. At $5 cheaper than a nearby 4/5 star competitor, Tulip was the obvious choice. Nancy was so gentle that I actually fell asleep while sitting up (oops ma' bad). We talked just a little and before I knew it, my gorgois french tipped nails were done! She was able to blend my nail lengths to match a broken nail I had, without making all the nails too short. The manicure was so good that only a week passed before I came back for my toes. As others have said, the foot massage is to die for. Hai massages your legs as if he was Kenny G and your leg was the saxophone. He was seriously hospitable and accommodating, even offering me the most delicious cafe sua da, an iphone charger, and some headphones that would blow your mind. The pedicure wasn't too shabby either. It is obvious why this location has been in business for 13 years, despite being hidden by the neighboring Los Cucos. I can't stop staring at my perfectly painted nails. I just wish I had another set of hands and feet so I could go back sooner!

Aesthetically, this is a nice salon. It's clean and spacious. On a Saturday morning, I wasn't forced to wait (the wait at my old shop around the corner was 20 damn minutes at 10 am!) Prices were reasonable for the services I received: Nail fill-in - $25 - nail polish Color change (toes) - $10 Nail & Chin Wax - $20 The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I love Miss Tina and "Mihoi"! Theses ladies are hilarious!!! I was laughing my entire visit. I'll be back :)

The facility is very nice and the rooms where they do the laser is always kept very clean. The staff is nice and scheduling an appointment is very easy since you can book weeks in advance. The laser itself is a lot less painful than waxing or threading. Update: if you express your concerns with your hair still growing they will raise the strength of the laser, it does hurt a bit more than what you usually get but I say it's worth it. I noticed after the 4th or 5th treatment I was still getting quite a bit hair growth on my jawline/sideburns and the tech increased the intensity of the laser and now my hair growth reduced significantly. I do still get hair growth but it is after 5 or 6 weeks of the treatment. I always had a lot of hair on my face due to my ethnicity and genetics so I knew 8 sessions was not going to suffice. Luckily, they were offering a deal for full body for $800 (original price is $1,300). I bought it because if it's anywhere on my body I want to be hair free it's my face! Also, now my entire body can be hair free! Plus buying a package with them gives your the lifetime warranty so you can come in for touch ups on specific areas anytime after your initial treatments are done!

I started using Prime Laser in 2016 and purchased multiple laser treatment packages over the years…read moreand initially had good results. After taking a break between 2021 and 2024, I resumed treatment this year (I used to visit their Katy location, but after moving, I switched to the Sugar Land location for convenience). This year, I've had four laser sessions, each spaced a month apart, but I've seen no hair shedding or improvement. During my third session, I asked the technician to increase the intensity, and she set it to 20 j/cm2. Despite this, I experienced no shedding at all. So, for my fourth session, I again requested a higher intensity. The technician moved me to a different room, explaining that each machine has a specific intensity setting. When I asked her to go beyond 20 j/cms, she said she needed the manager's approval. The manager informed me that 20 j/cms was the highest setting they would use on my skin type (am black with caramel skin color) despite my explaining that this level wasn't working and I had no shedding at all. She insisted that it simply means I would need to buy more sessions to see results. This left me frustrated, because I am not a novice to laser hair removal and I used to have good results, but now I felt like I was being told to keep shaving and returning monthly for ineffective treatments without any noticeable progress. When I checked other reviews, I saw many similar complaints, indicating a shift in the business's priorities. It seems they're more focused on pushing customers to buy more sessions rather than achieving results. I am writing this review exactly 2-weeks post my last session, my hair is growing back and not a single hair has shed. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in this business's approach and won't be spending any more money here.

This was a great experience overall. Lauren took care of me and was a great beauty expert. We had plenty of interesting conversation. We had a wonderful relaxing experience. The pedicure was really out of this world. My hands and feet feel so smooth! My best friend's husband got us a gift card to take care of the appointment. When I got to the counter, we didn't have enough on the gift card. I believe he was misquoted on the service's prices but there was also a "service charge" tacked on that we were unaware of. I proceeded to take care of it but was slightly annoyed that we experienced the same thing in the Spa. The SPA and SALON should be transparent about all of their charges if there are giftcards included. Please don't just list the service and catch your guests off guard at the register. It dampens the whole experience. The parking validation was the same. We ended up paying something extra even after it was validated. Also, this "service charge" only pays 16% to the service tip so it wasn't even going directly to the nail technicians.
