Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a new dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime.

Today when I went in I was told I would need two pieces of mail verifying my address on my I.D. with one having to be a utility bill because I was using a debit card. I did ask if the process was new because I haven't had to do that and don't have mail with me. I was told by a gentleman there that it looks like a previous address was in the system and the verification was never done for my stated address on my I.D...and was told that someone from the location called and left me a voicemail 2 days prior saying I needed to bring two forms to verify my address. I have no voicemail from them and if I knew the number they called with I would had looked to see if they called too. The thing that had me so confused was I have always used the same information each time I've booked previously. This literally has to be my 4th time if not more renting from them in 8 months as I said. So now I'm searching and pulling up verifications kind of having a panic attack because I'm on a time frame for a trip. The ways to verify my address was through a paystub, insurance declaration, utility bill, etc. and one of the verifications has to be a utility bill because I'm using a debit card. I show them one verification and I ask to make sure I had to have a utility bill because I live with my mom and not sure if my name is listed on any utilities but I was hoping possibly the electric because I do pay that as part of my contribute. When looking at a recent bill I could not find my name on the statements so I call my mom and she says she doesn't have me listed on any utilities. So I ask again if it had to be a utility bill and I'm told yes or I would have to use a credit card. That's as far as they went to help. I am only upset about this because it was cut and dry and I felt blindsided at the time of my pick up. I was left to leave with no rental, no accommodation. I took it upon myself to call the customer service line to see if I could get help because I did not want to cancel my trip for something like this. The customer service agent was very understanding and read off options that I could verify my address and reached out to the district manager to see if they could get in contact with the location manager for me to be able to use another form of verification. I knew the chance with that all happening on a Friday with the location closing in a hour and a half was slim but really tried to stay hopeful because I planned for my trip and really wanted to go. I have rented here for a while always brought their vehicles back in one piece with no issues, always paid for their insurance to make sure the rental was fully protected to their standards, and recommended the company to others. Unfortunately, I never received a call back tonight and although I am appreciative of the agent I did want to state this compliant because of how inconvenient it was. I had so many other options with my name and address attached to it and it came down to a utility bill of a home I don't own or "rent". A very disappointing evening :/

Called right away and No one answered. There hours state they our open until 1030 am. Unfortunately, we drove back and arrived at 940 and no one was here to help us. We are now sitting here wasting our time for someone from roadside assistance to help us. My question is..... This is a automotive sales and service place I am questioning why this truck was not looked at before we picked it up. By the way it is running it would never make it to California! I had to wait for 20 minutes for the single person at the counter to process someone who was already there when I arrived. 70% of the cars I was interested in were any of the following: not detailed yet so not able to be looked at, out as a rental so unavailable to be looked at, at a different location being outsourced to different mechanics, unwilling to negotiate price on egregiously overpriced vehicles with an inordinate amount of miles and poor conditions. As I stated previously, everyone I interacted with were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. With that said the process was, at best, inefficient/inconvenient and, at worse, deliberately tedious or just plain laziness. I like the dealers but would not recommend due to the headache of it all.

They had lots to choose from and then said if we didn't see what we wanted they could let us look at 31 other lots!! Like who else does that?! The employees are super laid back and don't jump on you when you first pull in like, how other car lots all dice for the hood of your car and the last man still hanging on gets to be your salesman. No, this place is different! The financing was super easy and a down payment WAS REQUIRED for our situation and we figured as much but it was so small I almost wondered why they bothered with asking for it. They got us all signed and out the door in no time. The cars are clean, nice and taken well care of. I just can't get over how easy the whole process was. We couldn't be happier!
