If you don't really care about massage just go get a mediocre one at massage envy or something. If you want to experience what an expert therapist can do then Heather is it. She is an incredibly intuitive healer, a real master of her technique. Her fascial release work is amazing. I have had chronic knots in my rhomboid/trapezius region for years due to an injury. Heather has fixed it. Her work is worth at least twice what she charges. If you have never tried Ashiatsu massage and you need a deep technique, I highly recommend trying it. My brain can't even understand anatomically what she's doing, but it doesn't matter because I melt into butter every time. I have been getting regular every other week hour long massages with her for the past 6 months. Recently I decided to go to weekly 90m because it is SO WORTH IT. She is incredibly gifted and the universe is clearly working through her. Seriously. Her neck work...the shoulders...the back...the deep extremity muscles...I didn't even mention her hot stone rolling pin or hot towels or aromatherapy she uses EVERY TIME....stop what you're doing and make an appointment.
