There was a spider web in the waiting room & the whole place looked like the floors hadn't been mopped since the place opened. Service was friendly enough. It didn't take too long, but I happened to be the only patient at the time. This was my first time here, so I don't know if that would be a typical wait time or not. I only went here because I needed to be seen on a Sunday afternoon & this was the only place in Tifton open besides the ER. I was just really grossed out at the overall uncleanliness of the place. Did I mention that she tripped me up and I did a full face plant on the sidewalk, breaking my nose? We picked Quick Care because I was bleeding and it was the closest. They were amazing. Filled with Covid patients, they put me in a room right away. I had to wait a while, but the staff could not have been more accommodating. I think I saw Dr. Bowman, but since I also broke my glasses I wasn't seeing much. About an hour later I left with a tetanus shot, x-rays, 3 stitches and advice to see an ENT when I got home. I am a big baby when it comes to needles, and he chatted me through each stick. I had to call there today to have my x-rays sent to the ENT here, and once again the staff was phenomenal, handling it quickly and even told me that it was nice meeting me yesterday. Thanks to everyone there for keeping a smile on my face, because I really just wanted to cry. PS- didn't get to Cincinnati, but my husband did stop and get me some pecans before we left Tifton!

I went to the desk and explained what I needed again, that I had called. Physicals, XRays, Lab work for employment, with reports to back up any results. Everything is listed online as a service they provide. The front desk said they had to review the instructions with the doctors. When she returned, she said, "No, they aren't going to mess with this." They claimed to not have anyone on site who can read the XRays or EKGs or other results. She asked what about my Primary Care Physician? Damn, if I had one, why would I be at a clinic? I was livid. Blantenty laziness in my opinion. Their website told me they did all this, a phone call confirmed as well. Not friendly, not helpful and just plain LAZY. Rude and not helpful either.

I've never missed an appointment, have always paid on time, and have maintained a courteous relationship with the staff. Over the past year, I've experienced some health complications that have understandably caused me a great deal of anxiety. As a result, I've had more questions than usual regarding my lab results and even requested additional testing to better understand my health. At no point was I confrontational or disrespectful--just a concerned patient trying to advocate for myself. A few days ago, I attempted to log into the online portal to request a prescription refill, only to find I had been locked out. When I called the office for help, I was shocked to learn I had been dismissed from the practice--without any prior notice. They could not even give me a reason. Only that it Is what was decided I belive this is because I had been "asking too many questions." There had been no conflicts, no missed appointments, and no issues with payment--just a patient with chronic health conditions seeking clarity and care. I rarely leave reviews, but I find this situation to be deeply unethical and unprofessional. If the practice felt my needs were beyond their scope, a conversation and referral would have been appropriate. Instead, I was cut off from care with no warning or support in finding alternative providers. Patients should never be penalized for taking an active role in their health.

My wife and I made an appointment on line and also answered the brief health questionnaire as to get this out of the way prior to arriving. We each had to make our own appointment so we simply followed each other at 11 and 11:20. We walked in to a very socially distanced waiting room and were very cordially greeted by Jeniffer. She was extremely professional and courteous and after taking our insurance cards and ID asked us to sit for a few minutes. It exactly that and then we were called in for our appointment together just before 11. We were escorted to an examination room where they did the whole questionnaire, weight and temperature thing. The nurse left and came back minutes later to do the test. It went quickly and painlessly. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and very happily told us that we were both negative. Neither of us had symptoms or fever, we were just being precautious, and I am glad we were. I must say, I do not understand how prior reviews were only one star?????? Kudos to the amazing staff here and I want to reward the staff with a glowing 5 star review... They deserve it.

They had no problem finding my insurance when I didn't have my card and they treat you thoroughly and expeditiously. I had a cracked tooth with a PAINFUL abscess AND a UTI and was given an injection and prescriptions after they verified my suspicions. I left there feeling like I had received the BEST care and was treated like a person. The PA and nurse were so caring I felt immediately comfortable. I will not hesitate to return if I ever feel unwell again. I wish I could give them TEN stars!
