The lady on the phone said they stopped taking my insurance back in March. This call was Thursday, June 26. Yeah, March. The lady on the phone said she canceled my appointment. Period. Did not ask if I wanted to pay for the appointment (I would have). Just canceled. Since March, I've received 6 text messages asking me if I wanted to keep my appointment. The most recent was Tuesday. This is the customer service this place has, I'm not interested in going there. Recommend you do not go either.

They are also very helpful and informative. The optician assistant was very nice and so easy to talk to. The optician Dr. Kolisk is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their eye health. The wait time was not long at all after arriving for my appointment. The waiting area has plenty of seating and is decorated very pretty.

He takes the time to clarify to me what the issue is, how it affects me, and what can be done to correct it. I feel very confident in the advice he has given to me over the years. Danielle was very helpful when it came time to pick out glasses. She was not afraid to disagree with me or tell me her opinion. It was very helpful, and I feel comfortable with the frames I picked. Overall, I find the help I receive at Wilson Eye Center to be outstanding.

I've been a patient for about 4 years, and each time I go back I swear I will never do it again. But necessity won out and I had to go for severe dry eye. He prescribed an oral medication to take twice a day for 2 months. He said I "might" need to refill it and that we would discuss it at my follow up appointment. My appointment this past Tuesday he berated me for not continuing to take it, called me the equivalent of a liar when I told him how he prescribed it, and said he didn't understand why people can't follow simple directions. THAT WAS IT! I did speak with the new office manager about his attitude, but I feel nothing will be accomplished. I have never in my life been treated in such a manner. PLEASE!!!! We showed up per appt for annual checkups. We were informed at checkin that our appt was canceled & Dr Price was no longer associated w Wilson. If we wanted to remain w Wilson we could re-up w another Dr but appts were 4 months out into Oct. Inquiry as to why we were not contacted was not answered satisfactorily. We were told that attempts to contact us were unsuccessful. That's not true. We have communicated w Wilson on past via phone, text & email. No evidence on our end indicated any attempt to contact us. A call would have registered under Wilson name if missed. That hadn't happened. Text or email have not been received. We exited Wilson facility dissatisfied in search of a new optometrist. Wilson's handling of our account was unprofessional & disturbing. No more Wilson for us.​​

I should have walked out, but they were suppose to be the new Crizal? Lens with protective coating, I got the outpost flex a frames. Within 6 months the glasses broke, they were not flexible at all, the lens easily scratched and when I called they had no idea who I was. I waited for 10 minutes on the phone for the woman to tell me she couldn't find any info on me. I will never go back, total spent, just over 500 dollars.
