We saw a different provider Monday morning and she didn't send in my child's needed antibiotics…read moreuntil Wednesday. I called 3x, went by the pharmacy 4x, and finally went in person back to Affinity Pediatrics. Asked for the Office Manager and she basically gave excuses and blamed the pharmacy. Keep in mind, me and my child have missed work and school and my child has been in pain this whole time. I chose to go there because I thought they were more reputable than a walk-in clinic, but guess I was wrong. I hope to file a formal complaint with Southwell soon.
