Ladies in the office are always smiling and friendly and remember my name every time I go in and they are like that with all customers that I witnessed. They're all very efficient at what they do and are always happy to see me come and go I have never had a bad appointment at this place. Dr Kennedy knows his field and is turning out to be one of the best physicians I've ever gone to. If you are a new patient he will come in the room and introduce himself and put his folders down on the counter shake your hand and completely this into everything you have to say and we'll spend time with you. Then as you return to make a return visit or a monthly visit you do not have to wait long in the lobby normally about 10 to 15 minutes maybe and then once you are triaged you're put in your room and you might sit in that room 10 minutes before he shows up and gets you in and out depending on what you're there for He's fast when he needs to be I'm very thorough when he needs to be. read more
