I visited on the Friday morning after Christmas. I "saved my place" online. Check in was quick and I was the only one waiting. It was my second visit there. I had an experience opposite of the other review I read. Upon being called in they asked for my height and weight. They checked my vitals and took a flu and covid test. They told me the provider would come in when the results were back. The provider came in and checked me. Both tests had been negative. I was told that a bacteria was going around causing pneumonia (which to me made sense - my husband had pneumonia like a week prior). She gave me cough medicine because from my cough she should tell it was pretty severe. She then proceeded with telling me they'd take another swab to send to the lab because she doesn't want to prescribe something unnecessary since we don't know 100% what it is. While I appreciate not being prescribed anything unnecessary, I found it crazy that I wasn't given anything but cough medicine for relief. I called the office next day because I forgot to ask how long the lab would take. They said 3-5 days but maybe a little longer because of the holidays. What?! I've been sick in bed an entire week and I need to wait another week to get meds. Nope. I have kids and a home to care for. Luckily I was able to get a telehealth appt with my primary and they prescribed me what I needed. I wish I had not wasted my time here because I'm sure they'll hit me with a nice bill. 0 stars I wouldn't have been Argumentative if they were professional This afc urgent care in Lodi is corrupted. the doctor who refused to see me and refused to give me his name So the only way I can tell you is to describe how he looks like so some of you know who im taking about. ethnicity- black , grey hair lots of thick hair . and to this doctor, I was not rude to you or your staff as a matter of fact you as a doctor and your Clinic combine with the staff were unprofessional and having your sick patients wait outside when it was already 8 AM! I was refused to be seen by this doctor today on the decemeber 26 Friday 2025 at 8 am I wanted to be seen For severe congestion chills , cough and fatigue I was sluggish already I have a suppressed immune system due to severe RA and it's Enbrel ejection and they had us outside, even though it was already 8 AM. I called the clinic to open the door for us . not to mention it's 8:03am I asked what time u open she said 8 I said why would u have us wait in a cold knowing that we are sick Not to mention my fingers don't handle cold weather well but as soon as she opens the door as I walk in and yes argumentative yes and cursing cause this isn't the first time ! due to unprofessional behavior AFC staff in the past and a from a woman who works at the desk now the doctor comes out right away and says he won't be seeing me . just like that cause I'm cursing Yes cause you doctor and your staff have disregad For human life knowing that we are sick and in my case suppressed immune system ! well I have it on a video how he refused to see me because I'm rude I already called and file a complain with the New Jersey border of health department I had problems with the same desk girl before too last time she said she can't see me cause i don't have health care card with me physically. After some arguing I was being seeing Also I saw them last time about 3 months ago turining down to see a mother who had a sick child This clinic is unprofessional Also, some patient and stuff started attacking me the doctor had to calm them down. if the staff is behaving uncontrollably, that means the doctor doesn't have control over his own stuff. means they have done it before that they feel comfortable bullying a patient just tells me how unprofessional this whole Clinic is. That includes the doctor itself because if he was professional the stuff wouldn't behave unprofessionally . What can u expect when the doctor him self doesn't act professional. Went in for a DOT physical and this place is a complete joke! They charge your credit card before you even get called inside. Not once did I step on a scale to get weighted or measured for my height, they went by what I told them. For my hearing test the guy stood behind whispering words and had me repeat what he said. Test for color blindness I had to say out colors from what he showed me on his phone! Let's not forget the ridiculous questions they asked in the beginning before my exam that they questioned every single thing I answered honestly and had be go back and answer differently. My almost two hours spent there and they couldn't even qualify me for my medical card. They offered a refund at the end and had me wait because they didn't know to to process the refund at all! I left that facility very disappointed and will honestly never go back to them!
