Cannot make an Online Appointment. The Browser won't even open the site, it gives a warning "Cannot Make A Secure Connection ". You have to ca an they will send a link to make an appointment. Link gave open times but then would not allow the name to be entered to secure the appointment time. No One seems to want to fix their website or appointment system. Sad state of affairs when your IT Department is so incompetent that they won't even fix the very system you advertise to improve your business flow. SAD. Once you get in however, they are like all urgent care and emergency rooms. They will do their job to the best of their ability. read more

Made an appointment on line for 8:37 AM and is now 9:01 and still no call back! Also they sent an online text to upload ID and insurance card and I was standing at the window she could have just scanned them in however we tried to upload the photos but the connection is slow and ended up filling out paper work and scan photo in manual after wasting 20 minutes. ‍ place is unorganized and inefficiently ran at the office level. We have been here a few times before but they can't ever find our information from previous visits maybe technology is not their strong suit! read more

Absolutely do not go here. My two kids were sick 10/22 and I took them both to this location. Both kids have the same two insurances. My daughters claim was processed fine, no issues. My son's claim was sent to the two insurances. First insurance processed the claim and didn't pay anything because it went towards the deductible. AFC NEVER sent an amended claim to the secondary insurance to show primary insurance had processed and not paid. Instead, they kept resubmitting the initial claim over and over to the secondary. I have been on the phone SO many times with AFC billing and both insurances, explained myself AND has an insurance rep conferenced in to explain to billing what they needed, and it was still sent to a law firm for collections. I have talked with this law firm on multiple occasions explaining the situation, and was told as of today, nothing matters that AFC made an error, I am responsible for $264. Apparently AFC can do anything they want and no matter how you try to get them rectify it, you will be screwed in the end. And they have no intention on making it right. read more

Maybe 5 min wait when I got there. The staff was great. Asked detailed questions and listened to what I had to say. I was skeptical about going because the reviews seemed to tell a different story. I spent three hours there. I was tested for covid, flu, and strep. I continued to wait in the patient room. I'm hearing loud music being played outside the patient room by healthcare workers and I'm hearing them talk about other patients there. The NP walks in and tells me that all of my tests are negative and to call in a few days if symptoms are still present. She sends the CNA to bring me my paper work. I had to ask what she diagnosed me with and what supportive care I needed. It was a waste of time and I'm still not feeling any better. This place is a complete joke. I'll drive further for better medical care. read more

I had an appointment for a routine TB test required for work at 8:22 a.m. The front desk texted me at 8:13 a.m. asking me to come in, they were ready to see me. I was not actually seen until 9:50 a.m., after watching 5 or 6 patients who arrived after me go back. Once I was called back, the test took a grand total of 2 minutes. Why have the appointment system if you're not going to use it? Why text saying you're ready for a patient if you're not? I also watched, during my nearly two hour wait inside the building, a patient who had a nail shot through his foot be told he would need to make an appointment for later in the day. Seriously?! I'm glad he decided to go somewhere else because who knows when he would've actually received care from this facility. Terrible experience. read more

Staff is rude. Waited over an hour when I already had an appointment. 4 people came and went before me. staff would not provide a Dr. note showing my tardiness was due to their ineptitude. Waiting room was empty when I arrived bc appointments must be done online, I was sent a text to come inside but am still waiting to be seen. Front office staff needs to be in a different field. Completely unempathetic! This is ridiculous! I will not be coming back to this location. read more

My sister and I were assigned this location to do employment drug screenings. Since this pandemic started I have never felt less safe. None of the employees were wearing masks to check in patients. The waiting room was extremely crowded - no social distancing available even if you stood in the back corner. We were told we had to stay inside the waiting room and couldn't wait outside even though they were actively testing people for covid and most of the patients took their masks on and off at their leisure. One of the nurses even coughed in my face and didn't cover her mouth. I am completely blown away by the lack of safety measures a DOCTORS OFFICE was taking. Do not go here unless you are on a mission to get sick. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Made appointment online for 10:37 am. Arrived at 10:35 am. We were listed as #2 on the TV monitor showing order to see Doctor (listed as 16 - 22 min). After :12 minutes, 10:47 am, moved to #1 slot (0-15 min). At 12:00 Noon, 85 minutes after arrival, we left after NEVER being called in to see the Doctor. I asked the receptionist when my wife would be seen and she stated that "she was next and all the others called ahead of her, (the 11 I counted) were there for drug screens and were not treated by a Doctor." THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE as I talked to some who told me they were there for cold's, flu's, etc, and, they came in after us, were seen, were released, all while we sat. No notice that they were running behind, or some other lame excuse - very unprofessional! My wife is very sick and needed to see a doctor, but unfortunately, playing on ones phone was more important than providing care and customer service. BTW, they took our money in the first 5 minutes of our visit but could not find time to provide medical care in the 85 minutes we were there. Find another clinic if "Urgent Care" is really needed. A name change should be in order. read more

I walked up to the door and called the number they had listed outside on their sign, to pre screen patients. I was told I would have to do a virtual visit and could not come in. I get that. Everywhere has rules now because of COVID. I tried to ask a question as to how the doctor could check my throat through a virtual visit. If I would have to come in anyway after the visit. An honest question since I've had laryngitis for 2 weeks. No other symptoms and I had been tested twice for the virus and antibodies test was negative as well. The receptionist hung up on me as she muttered an ugly name. Then when I came in to ask who said it and why I was hung up on, they sat there stunned. No one owned up to it. I then called back several times only to be hung up on repeatedly. I only wanted to ask the name and number of the person over the clinic. I was called "crazy" and was told to leave them alone. Then I was hung up on again! They are very unprofessional and I will NEVER step foot in there again. They need a new front desk crew for sure! I'm a doctor who's had her own practice for 20 years, and would not allow any of my patients to be talked to like this. They would be fired immediately! This office will never receive another referral or visit from me again. read more

I brought my daughter in back in Feb/March after a soccer injury to her big toe. The doctor or NP said she thought she saw a fracture, but came back and told us the radiologist stated it wasn't fractured. She basically sent us to check out with no instructions, no boot, no nothing. Since they told her it wasn't fractured, she went back to playing soccer & volleyball. She has continued having pain, and after seeing an orthopedic doctor, it was determined that it had been fractured and a piece of bone was broken off, and she had to have surgery to remove it this past week. I went to get the original xrays, and it was even clear to me there was a fracture, and I have no medicial knowledge, yet 2 medical professionals missed it. I have shown the picture to several other medical professionals, and they also stated the fracture was very obvious and it should have never been missed. Now I am stuck with a surgery bill and a daughter that is having to recover from surgery, when it could have all been prevented! read more
