The lady that did her mani pedi didn't really speak much English so the nail tech that was doing my nails explained to her in detail what she wanted. We both got our pedicures and moved on to the nail technicians stations. My daughter and I were not seated together so when I finished my gel manicure I walked over and noticed that my daughter's nails were not French manicure. She is only 16 and wasn't really sure of the process. Well, we were told it was too late to go back and she needed to continue with the solid pink nails. My daughter was so disappointed. I was a little heart broken for her seeing her upset. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that I'm not so sure they are using clean equipment. I didn't see any sterilization and no one opened any new packaging.

Having said that, on the day of our services, I had the opportunity to personally meet the owner and manager at this location in Gulfport. To me, that shows how hands on they are about making sure this place is run with excellence! The facility is spotless! The vibe is relaxing, positive, and upbeat. Not only that, but I noticed how cheerful and kind the employees, owner ,and manager were- I asked if it was a special occasion. I was really impressed! My friends and I took selfies at the "selfie wall"- such a cute but classy touch. My besties and I even noted how the management team seemed to really care about both their clients and staff. They were very accommodating to us. They stayed long hours to make sure everyone was taken care, we didn't feel rushed. I couldn't help but remark at how the ladies were highly trained in the services we received. This place clearly has high standards, and they genuinely wanted everyone who walked through the door to have a positive experience. In the few hours that we were there I saw them celebrate their team's successes, offer support to the employees, and continually look for ways to improve.They worked together as a team! The manager was right there to answer questions and assist them as needed. I noticed how gentle but thoroughly she was when explaining to one of the ladies a question she had asked. Of course, no business is perfect, but I can honestly say that this studio was being run with compassion and a strong commitment to excellence.
