Absolutely wonderful!…read more Clean & fancy-feeling environment (waterfall wall in the lobby!) and staff that is so kind. Best facial I ever received. They made sure I was comfortable & Roxanne was so detailed about massaging my neck, shoulders, scalp, & arms. The soaps & gels smelled incredible and I have never felt so relaxed. Will be making this my new permanent facial location!

I went to Laser Partners for half-sleeve tattoo removal and paid approximately $2,000 for a full…read moreremoval package. Over the course of several sessions, I experienced consistent issues that raised serious concerns about professionalism and reliability. Each visit involved a different technician, the equipment frequently was not functioning properly, and there was inadequate preparation and aftercare following treatments. After my last session, I attempted for months to schedule my next appointment and received no response. I called repeatedly, sent messages through Facebook, emailed, and texted with no reply. I even stopped by during posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. Eventually, I was able to reach someone who informed me that one of their machines was down but assured me they would be operational within a couple of weeks and would be contacting clients to reschedule appointments. That never happened. It has now been over six months since my last treatment. The business appears to have closed without notifying clients or reimbursing prepaid services that were never rendered. I am extremely upset that I paid a significant amount of money for a service that was not completed, and my tattoo is far from fully removed. This experience has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging.

My review is based solely on the customer service my son is experiencing. My impression is that…read morethe spa is severely understaffed - they don't return phone calls, are not available to make or change appointment times and the hours posted on the door and on the website should say "we are open during these hours unless we aren't - best of luck." Once the service happens, my son has been very happy - but getting in the door has been very challenging - more challenging than it should be - to the point that he drives to the spa during their posted business hours only to find the doors locked and the lights off.

First of all, I had prepaid for 3 appointments which means your 4th one is free. I paid in cash. On…read morethe 3rd, I was going into summer so she said "I'll do a little extra since you'll have more time to heal. Also, when you come back and book the 4th appointment, it'll be free." The "little extra" was when my tattoo finally started to remove, before there had been no progress. I come back from summer and try to book my 4th (free) appointment and they tell me I had already used my 4th appointment. There was no record since I payed in cash. Weird since she told me it'd be free, but I brush it off, maybe I'm wrong and the latest session was my fourth appointment. I then book an appointment for two days later. I come in and she says "we are no longer able to buy numbing ointment in bulk so you will have to buy it down the street for $40" EXCUSE ME? I said "I have to buy it?!" She said "well let me check if we have extra" SPOILER: they do! I then ask for my deposit back because in no way am I paying $40 on top of the $405 I prepaid for 3 sessions. I feel like I had been taken advantage of because I am a young, vulnerable, beautiful college student. If I were you, I'd be cautious and always keep a record of payment & sessions.

They require a credit card on file to make an appointment and a "consultation fee" for the first appointment. I asked why they can't bill my insurance and I was told that they "do a lot of elective procedures." I asked why that would have any relevance to my medical issue and said I should probably just find a real ENT to do the work rather than continue with a person more interested in upfront fees than medical work. If you are looking for a normal doctor experience, look elsewhere. This is definitely not it.

While the Nurse Practitioner was efficient, my request to have the daily morning/evening routine…read moreand 3 different products (what to use, when) to please be written down, went completely unaddressed. I was handed a duplex printed paper which was like an "if/then/else process" with variability and not my specific products throughout, and it did contains chemical names, not my specific products. I have requested this each visit and am sure that I am not the only person who asks for more than just the verbal instructions given during the exam. It is reasonable to be specific to my treatment and not a guessing game left up to my interpretation. Instead of addressing my specific questions, and clearly listing the steps morning and night with the specific products for my personal treatment, I have to try to figure out what the heck and when to use what! I notice this hesitation to write down anything with many offices now and feel that it is a drop in service for whatever reason (liability-related?, laziness?), but it frustrates me unnecessarily. Additionally, when I call to make an appointment for my preferred location, I am met with pushback because of where I may have been seen the previous time, which I occasionally accommodate for scheduling reasons. Once they put down a preferred location and if I correct them that, yes, I did see them at the Lowell location, but I prefer the Fayetteville, there is an snark. I'll just add that I try to be pleasant, but due to this ongoing resistance, I am going to find a different practice.
