Each visit involved a different technician, the equipment frequently was not functioning properly, and there was inadequate preparation and aftercare following treatments. After my last session, I attempted for months to schedule my next appointment and received no response. I called repeatedly, sent messages through Facebook, emailed, and texted with no reply. I even stopped by during posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. Eventually, I was able to reach someone who informed me that one of their machines was down but assured me they would be operational within a couple of weeks and would be contacting clients to reschedule appointments. That never happened. It has now been over six months since my last treatment. The business appears to have closed without notifying clients or reimbursing prepaid services that were never rendered. I am extremely upset that I paid a significant amount of money for a service that was not completed, and my tattoo is far from fully removed. This experience has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging.

I come in and she says "we are no longer able to buy numbing ointment in bulk so you will have to buy it down the street for $40" EXCUSE ME? I said "I have to buy it?!" She said "well let me check if we have extra" SPOILER: they do! I then ask for my deposit back because in no way am I paying $40 on top of the $405 I prepaid for 3 sessions. I feel like I had been taken advantage of because I am a young, vulnerable, beautiful college student. If I were you, I'd be cautious and always keep a record of payment & sessions.

It is reasonable to be specific to my treatment and not a guessing game left up to my interpretation. Instead of addressing my specific questions, and clearly listing the steps morning and night with the specific products for my personal treatment, I have to try to figure out what the heck and when to use what! I notice this hesitation to write down anything with many offices now and feel that it is a drop in service for whatever reason (liability-related?, laziness?), but it frustrates me unnecessarily. Additionally, when I call to make an appointment for my preferred location, I am met with pushback because of where I may have been seen the previous time, which I occasionally accommodate for scheduling reasons. Once they put down a preferred location and if I correct them that, yes, I did see them at the Lowell location, but I prefer the Fayetteville, there is an snark.
