I made it more complicated since my builder asked me to manage the window order but the design came out nice. I am very disappointed in the window manufacturer, Milgard, however. Three windows had to be replaced immediately and now 2 don't close and one leaks. The windows have not even been in 8 months at this point and the house hasn't been lived in since I don't have occupancy yet. Still waiting to get it re-evaluated by Milgard for the second go around. I would use Enchantment Windows and Doors in the future but only if they used another manufacturer. My builder feels my Milgard windows/ doors are worse quality than the builder grade he uses for home flips.

Imagine my surprise when it rained and the leak returned. I had two window companies look at the window BEFORE the drywall was repaired and closed. Everybody said the existing window looked fine. They were wrong. Out of frustration I called Casey at Door and Window Company and he was kind enough to talk me through the issue to troubleshoot it over the phone. He decided to come take a look. It took him less than 10 minutes to discover that the leak was from coming from the window that was less than 10 years old. Not only that, but Casey also determined that the person who installed the window used the wrong window and that is why it was leaking. They installed a block frame window that was allowing water to seep right in. Casey immediately ordered a new window and came back to install it when it came in. From start to finish Casey was a pro who cares. He could have given me the same lip service the other two companies gave me but he went the extra mile to do the job correctly and I am grateful for people like Casey. Honest and professional.

I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.

The contract clearly says that we sign when the work is done. We do not plan on signing until the work is done. February 6 2026. - I am completely disappointed with this company. Do not believe the 5 stars from others - the sales people have you do that. After waiting for 2 months for another door to come, because the last one was wrong, they only brought a frame with the intent to "just make it fit." I appreciated the installers awkward position, because it was the company decision that they had to communicate to us. We had no communication with the company at all. We will now have to wait for another couple of months for them to bring us something else. This is completely unsatisfactory. ---- December 2025 - Our sliding door install did not go as planned - door was bowed, and too small when it came to us. We then got a text saying the work was done, and someone would come by to get the rest of the payment. There seems to be poor communication between the installer, contractor, and the company. When we called the company, we are told now it could be "months" before we get another door because it has to be manufactured again. In the meantime we have a temporary install of the sub par door that does not work correctly. The sales team was friendly and professional. They arrived on time; they were dressed professionally; they knew their product; and they worked with us on financing.
