Yours was the closest one in the yellow pages, and I found your website full of funny stock images. I didn't know what to even ask for... some sort of Swedish massage? Hot stones? Oil? Oil sounds creepy. I especially like that you didn't even ask what I wanted. You assumed. Because you know my body better than I do. I know that now. It was weird at first. You asked about work, I made some funny jokes. Then you told me you were actually trying to gauge my stress level. Oops. I thought you were seeing if we had chemistry. So I told you I felt stressed and sometimes felt pain in my lower back. You were so kind to tell me I could keep my underwear on if I felt uncomfortable taking it off in front of a complete stranger. Who, me? Hahahaha. Okay, I'll keep it on. I think it took about an hour for the massage, though I admit I blanked out a couple of times. It was so relaxing. Your hands were cold at first, but that's okay. I was nervous, too. The fake rainforest music put me to sleep pretty fast. Then the harp music came on. I thought maybe I had died and an angel was playing my back. Except my back was a harp. My tendons and muscles, plucked one by one, to create a rhythm of relaxing song. And by "plucked," I mean rubbed over with the carelessness of a preschooler with a crayon. If I hadn't seen that certificate you printed out hanging on the wall, I might have questioned your qualifications. I joke, I joke. Mostly. It was a good experience. A gift card was bought for the Xmas (2019) prior to world shutting down (March 2020) for their lash Esthetician.....wasn't able to use it DUE TO COVID...AND THEN when they finally opened I immediately started to call back to see if they had a lash girl thru the last 18 mths ...was told no no not yet....Then I got.lucky and October they got 2 girls who could.do lashes...(thank hod) as I used to.love sun-kissed tan in fact so much it prompted me to.go get my own tanning bed and hubby knew to go there to buy a 300$ gift card for my lashes to support local and once my favorite place..... so between October 2021 and End of November 2021 I was rescheduled 5xs with a final.call from ABBI THE MGR saying she was so sorry however their Lash girls.both walked out and quit and they will no longer be offering beauty services...."omg abbi" I sa8d...I jabe this gift card that was bought for.me to use exactly.for this...she stated "I'm here till 6 pm mon-fri" come on in and I'll get it taken care of for.ya ...I explained I don't need tanning At this.point I'd just like my money refunded.... So today 2 weeks after speaking to her I go in and standing there UNMASKED she snidely tells me she Did say she'd get.it taken care of but it plainly reads "non refundable" on back of card so I need to pick out lotions or a tanning pkg.....whoa wait...thats not she said on phone ...so I ask to.speak with her mgr(yes a Karen move ‍sorry)where she plainly was dumbstruck said she'd email me the number...I said ok no worries I'm waiting... My manicure was also incomplete... he used an extra course buff to buff my nails and didn't do anything to smooth the ridges that you could visibly see. I had to ask another tech to explain he had to smooth my nails. I don't do polish on my nails and I can still see the roughness from the extra coarse buffing. Very disappointed... I feel that I took a $100 and ripped it up.

Absolutely Furious and Deeply Disappointed - Do NOT Go to TC Nails & Spa…read more I rarely get time to treat myself, but with two babies under two at home, I carved out precious time (and paid for a babysitter!) to get a gel manicure and pedicure at TC Nails & Spa. What should've been a relaxing experience turned into an expensive, frustrating disaster. The pedicure was done correctly--no complaints there. But when it came to my fingernails, I decided to change the color from my toes, and the nail tech accidentally used regular polish instead of gel. The kicker? She didn't realize this mistake until after she had completely finished the manicure. At that point, I'd already been in the chair for 45 minutes and couldn't stay any longer--I had to get home to my kids. She offered to remove everything and start over, but that just wasn't possible time-wise. I was told I'd only be charged for regular polish (fine), and left assuming it would at least look decent with the gel topcoat she applied. 30 minutes later--after running next door to Costco to pick up a quick dinner--I looked down and saw my nails were completely smashed and ruined. The polish hadn't set at all. I immediately went back in, showed them the mess, and politely asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault, suggesting I should've known the difference between gel and regular polish bottles because I "okayed" the color. I ended up paying $92 including tip for a service that left my nails ruined, paper-thin from gel prep, and a whole evening wasted--not to mention the money I spent on babysitting. The total lack of accountability or care from the staff made this even worse. I walked out feeling angry, unheard, and completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values your time, money, and business. TC Nails & Spa clearly doesn't.
