On top of it, at the appointment to get the fillings they only did 1 and told us he had to come back again. Why? I am guessing extra $$$ to be made. We have a dentist! and this office then contacted an orthodontist and had them contact us behind my dentist's back to come in. The staff is very friendly and I was happy to see that the office was taking every precaution necessary against the spread of Covid-19. This has been my best experience in the dental office ever! I don't know how she did it, but I did not feel Dr. Semonelli giving me the shot of novocaine. After that, everything was a breeze. Given the event the sticker was referring to it had been up at least 6 months. Swear words, on the sign outside a pediatric dentist office. Someone had made an extremely poor attempt to remove the sticker, but the words were still clearly visible. When asked about it, the staff said they'd mention it to someone. They were 10 minutes late getting me started. I have a complicated medical history, which they went through in detail. Put those together and by the time they were ready to start cleaning, my appointment time was up, and they have a strict policy that they couldn't go over time, so I had to leave. I gave it a second chance (the sticker was still on the sign untouched) went in, only to see a different dentist who also wanted to go through my history. They questioned every detail I provided and flat out refused to take the safety precautions that my doctor required, telling me that I was making them up. At which point my appointment time was once again up and... well you know the rest. Never again.

He's always on time, he makes decisions carefully and he is so precise with his dental work. I had to have two crowns done with him, and he did such an amazing job. I have no sensitivity in the areas that he treated. I have had other crowns done in the past by other dentists, and I always have to go back to have them reshaped due to sensitivity. This was not the case with Dr. Cogliano. I am so sad that I moved and had to change my dentist, as I live in California now. It is so hard to find a good dentist out there. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Front desk staff is always friendly. We are always seen in a timely manner. They always are able to fit her in if she gets sick. I also love that they all seem to remember my daughter as well. I wanted to hug the technician who took my daughters blood one day because she hit a vein on the first stick. I can't imagine how hard it is to take blood on a screaming, wiggly, 1 year old. I may appreciate this more then the average person since I'm a Veterinary Technician and I draw blood on a daily basis. But still, they were great. Dr. Evans is my favorite. She's friendly, knowledgeable, caring. Everything you want in a pediatrician. Definitely recommend this office if you live in the area, or even if you don't and are willing to travel for a great doctor.

There is a very strong feeling of a "get em in, get em out" approach to appointments. When my wife expressed an interest in staggering immunizations, she was met with the response of "If you want to stagger immunizations, than you need to find another practice." We then were given the explanation of why they don't stagger immunizations, but the fact "you need to find another practice" was Dr Freire's first response was enough for me to know this was not the Pediatrician for me. I am a very simple customer/client. I am certainly not looking for an invite to their Christmas party, but I do expect that my business will be appreciated and that my family (and more so my son) will be treated with common courtesy and respect.
