We have a dentist! and this office then contacted an orthodontist and had them contact us behind my dentist's back to come in. I called and they said they had a cancellation two days later if I could make that appointment. I took that appointment. When I arrived at the office two days later, they told me I could not be seen and that they left me a voicemail about needing a referral, which I don't need under my insurance. I confirmed they could not see my newborn and left with my screaming newborn. They were insistent on having left me voicemails, but when they read my cell phone number back to me, they had the wrong number on file, so someone else received the voicemails. Perhaps they should confirm contact details. To continuously insist they had left me a voicemail in a rude tone when I had told them I didn't was very frustrating. Do they really think I would get a cancellation voicemail and then cart my screaming newborn to their office for the fun of it? Pretty annoying when you help out by taking a cancellation and they don't have their ducks in a row as to what is needed for an appointment and then they leave a voicemail on the wrong number and you've carted your newborn around for no reason. Super unprofessional, and frankly, the ladies at the front desk were super rude instead of apologetic since they had messed up. I will not be going back here as they are clearly incompetent and recommend you look elsewhere as well. If this is how they treat a prospective new client, how would they treat you once you're actually a client? I don't want to find out.

He's always on time, he makes decisions carefully and he is so precise with his dental work. I had to have two crowns done with him, and he did such an amazing job. I have no sensitivity in the areas that he treated. I have had other crowns done in the past by other dentists, and I always have to go back to have them reshaped due to sensitivity. This was not the case with Dr. Cogliano. I am so sad that I moved and had to change my dentist, as I live in California now. It is so hard to find a good dentist out there. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Front desk staff is always friendly. We are always seen in a timely manner. They always are able to fit her in if she gets sick. I also love that they all seem to remember my daughter as well. I wanted to hug the technician who took my daughters blood one day because she hit a vein on the first stick. I can't imagine how hard it is to take blood on a screaming, wiggly, 1 year old. I may appreciate this more then the average person since I'm a Veterinary Technician and I draw blood on a daily basis. But still, they were great. Dr. Evans is my favorite. She's friendly, knowledgeable, caring. Everything you want in a pediatrician. Definitely recommend this office if you live in the area, or even if you don't and are willing to travel for a great doctor.

There is a very strong feeling of a "get em in, get em out" approach to appointments. When my wife expressed an interest in staggering immunizations, she was met with the response of "If you want to stagger immunizations, than you need to find another practice." We then were given the explanation of why they don't stagger immunizations, but the fact "you need to find another practice" was Dr Freire's first response was enough for me to know this was not the Pediatrician for me. I am a very simple customer/client. I am certainly not looking for an invite to their Christmas party, but I do expect that my business will be appreciated and that my family (and more so my son) will be treated with common courtesy and respect.
