We have been using Southern for years and have no plans to switch, despite getting calls from other…read morepayroll companies several times per month. Submitting payroll is simple, and all it takes is an email or a quick phone call to make any last-minute changes. They take care of taxes, employee deductions, and anything else that comes up. I say the words, "Thank God for Jessica" (our contact) at least once per month--most recently she caught a typo that I made that would have resulted in one of our employees getting shorted on his paycheck. She is also incredibly quick with her responses, and I usually get a reply within the hour. There aren't words to express how pleased we are with our service, and how much we appreciate Southern Payrolls, and Jessica in particular.

I received a referral from a very respected firm in the area! They go over and beyond the call of duty! They review all documents during my consultation time and make sure all documents are present and if not "WHY and What Changed during the Year for the documents not to be in the package." They educate you on the new tax laws and what is considered a right off and what is not a right off. They keep me posted during the whole preparation time, and when the return will be ready for pickup. Also, if you will owe or not owe and why? They are accessible if you call and ask questions during the year or during tax preparation! They have helped me to get my taxes paid online and everything is complete! You don't have to do anything else. I know they will be there for me and they have been. God Bless all of you and the work you do for me Celia Herron

At the time he told me he could help me and communicate to IRS on my behave about my situation so I paid him $750.00 as per his word. Well, he did not help me one bit as promised, he never talked to them, as I had to go somewhere else and pay them too to help me. He refused to give me my money back or any portion of it as I only had a very brief phone call with him maybe 3 minutes to be exact. Not worth $750.00 for 3 minutes of anyone's time. He wouldn't even give me an itemized statement of my money and where and what is what used for I gave him. He gave me no records of my file and what was done. Ya'll need to run somewhere else right now. I feel he took big time advantage of me I'm a retiree senior citizen living on a senior budget and he knew it too. Very surprising to me he could treat me or anyone like this. My opinion he doesn't deserve your business and it's all about the money, well, he'll never get mine or my family & friends and hopefully your's ever again. I'm thankful I have this platform to report the theft I encountered in my situation with Jim F. He never wanted to talk to me about this except to tell me he wasn't giving my money back. Wow so upsetting and disturbing that my retirement monthly pension had to go to him. Shame on you Jim F. You all Please go elsewhere, if he can do this to a Senior citizen with no remorse he can do it to you. Tax season will be here soon. I'd sure go somewhere else. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I try to point out the fraud I got to everyone to help them. Think about it do you really want to support someone like this? It's a big fat NO!!! To me.
