I ended up finding a job on my own, but after 4 months, I found the drive back and forward from Virginia Beach to Hampton too much. I called Image Services and explained my dilemma. By the following week, they had sent me on an interview. I got the job and was able to give the current job my two week notice! I learned a long time ago...if you're interested in working with a staffing company, you get to know the people working there and keep in touch! While their job is to place you, they get A LOT of people coming in looking for employment. You want to be memorable if you want them to place you (it's about selling yourself). That advice hasn't failed me yet and it holds true even for Image Services. While the size of the company worried me (it's small compared to one or two staffing companies I've worked with before in the DMV area), they helped me find a great job with an awesome company.

The icing on the cake is that I took employment with STIHL and was out due to COVID. When I returned my STIHL supervisor said, "Didn't the agency contact you? You were terminated." Of course when I called agency, as usual no one answers nor calls back! I applied for unemployment, and denied benefits because Reliance/People Share told them "I was not terminated, I left voluntarily" which is a total LIE!! This company should be prosecuted for perjury and running a corrupt business!! Reporting them to the BBB and Labor Board, as well as sending a legal, notarized letter to Unemployment of this place! no star rating
