Avoid AeroCare at All Costs If you have any choice, do NOT use AeroCare for oxygen services or any medical equipment needs. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When my grandmother required oxygen service prior to her hospital discharge, AeroCare caused hours of delays and exhibited a complete lack of communication, prolonging an already stressful situation. The issues didn't end there. Once oxygen was no longer required, the company took an unreasonably long time to pick up the equipment, leaving us stuck waiting. To make matters worse, they provided no documentation at the time of pick-up, further complicating the process. Now, despite the equipment being returned, AeroCare has continued to auto-draft payments from our account without justification. We are in the middle of an ongoing dispute, and it has been such a hassle that we had to resort to blocking the charges through our financial institution. Their customer service is atrocious. It is not US-based, and every attempt to resolve the situation has been met with frustration, inefficiency, and no resolution. I strongly encourage anyone in need of medical services to look elsewhere. AeroCare is unprofessional, disorganized, and a source of unnecessary stress for patients and their families.
