We were supposed to have a balloon wedding with 45 minutes tethering, a one hour exclusive flight and a banner provided. His charge was $1500.00., which was fine. But when we did not receive the tethering, which is the most costly action associated with ballooning due to fuel consumption and labor intensiveness, nor did we receive a banner he promised, he still wanted to charge full price of $1500.00 for what was only a one hour flight with 5 minutes on the ground with ring exchange and a prayer. I paid him what I thought was fair , above and beyond the $700.00 cost of a one hour exclusive flight for two. He then harrassed us, called me on my honeymoon and called my wife. VERY DISRESPECTFUL Stay away from this business. Very unprofessional. Will overcharge, and he will NOT do what he says! Take your business elsewhere. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Brian made the booking portion of our outing a breeze and you could tell that he really enjoys what he does. Upon arrival the crew was welcoming and friendly and made us really feel "at home". We had great conversation in the van on the way to our take off spot and had the opportunity to ask any questions before, during, and after the flight. Matt, Chip, Bryan and staff were knowledgeable, hilarious, professional and so pleasant to be around.
