They have very bad communication and time management. I will not recommend these guys. I am left out of pocket and very upset. You will be better off doing it yourself, as these guys don't have any of the qualifications they claim to have. They will do illegal things. Thankfully I have evidence of everything, will be in touch with them regarding legal proceedings very shortly, just getting things in order. I am reporting them to trading standards. Nearly one week later they said that they were out and that my dish was getting 100% signal and yet again repeating themselves by blaming other factors. I called another company who came the next day and my dish was receiving no signal, so I contacted them again to be told more lies and unprofessional comments. I would not recommend them to anyone and I have reported them to trading standards, but please beware, I paid cash in hand and despite asking twice for a receipt I still do not have one. Avoid them
